b. che la Società è interessata ad utilizzare la Carta esclusivamente per l’acquisto delle specialità [OMISSIS] (qui di seguito definite i “Prodotti”), vendute da [OMISSIS], con sede in ______________, iscritta alla C.C.I.A.A. di _________________ /Codice Fiscale/Partita IVA n. ______________, Capitale Sociale Euro _____________ (qui di seguito definita “[OMISSIS]”);
c. che [OMISSIS] è disponibile a consentire l’uso della Carta esclusivamente per l’acquisto dei Prodotti presso [OMISSIS] ai termini e condizioni di cui al Regolamento Carta ed al presente Addendum;
tutto ciò premesso, le Parti concordano di integrare e, per quanto occorrer possa, modificare il Regolamento Carta come segue:
