- During this growth period, established a marketing network throughout South and Central America, selecting, training, and supervising Representatives.

- -In addition, managed Textile Products marketing and Technical Support efforts in Latin American Region.

- In 1999 was appointed to Novo Nordisk's Corporate Global Marketing Team and given a mandate to reorganize the textile market activities in Latin America, beginning with Mexico.

- Managed construction, set up, hiring and training of Quality, Process and Detergent Enzyme Development laboratories.
