Mallorca gehört weiterhin zu den beliebtesten Zielen deutscher Touristen und Immobilienkäufer. Für die Baleareninsel sprechen viele Gründe. Mallorca sigue siendo uno de los destinos favoritos de los turistas alemanes y de los compradores de propiedades inmobiliarias. Para escoger las Islas Baleares existen muchos motivos. Junto con su clima mediterráneo soleado, que a pesar de todo deja huellas con el transcurso del tiempo, el maravilloso y variado paisaje, con bellas playas, montañas pintorescas, campos de limoneros y de naranjos, es también un buen motivo la accesibilidad que tiene la isla gracias a su posición estratégica y exclusiva. La buena conexión aérea con vuelos charter que ofrecen todos los aeropuertos internacionales, que no duran más de 2 horas, facilitan que las visitas cortas o de fin de semana. Por esta razón, la isla se ha convertido en un sitio ideal para muchos trabajadores autónomos que cuentan con más flexibilidad a la hora de elegir su lugar de trabajo.
