Source text - English Wetting and dispersing additives correct the deficiencies which are part of the dispersion process. During dispersion of particles in the plasticiserz, the interactive forces between the particles result in long dispersion time, pigment streaks, flooding and floating and high viscosity.
During dispersion, the introduction of energy breaks down the agglomerates into individual particles. If the system is not stabilized, the finely distributed particles reagglomerate and form flocculates.
DISPERPLAST wetting and dispersing additives adsorb onto the surface of the filler / pigment particles. They then separate particles from each other and stabilize the system by forming an organic adsorption layer that it compatible with the plasticizers.

Translation - Russian Смачивающие и диспергирующие добавки корректируют затруднения, которые являются неотъемлемой частью процесса диспергирования. В процессе диспергирования твердых частиц в пластификаторе, наличие сил взаимодействия между частицами приводит к увеличению времени диспергирования, неравномерности окрашивания пасты, всплытию и расслоению пигментов, повышению вязкости.
В процессе диспергирования, приложение силы разбивает агломераты на составляющие их первичные, отдельные частицы.
Но в случае если система не стабилизирована, равномерно распределенные частицы вновь агломерируются, образуя флоккуляты (хлопья).
Смачивающие и диспергирующие добавки Disperplast® поглощаются поверхностями частиц пигмента/наполнителя. Затем они отделяют частицы друг от друга и стабилизируют систему, формируя органический адсорбционный слой, совместимый с пластификатором по своей химической природе.

Dobeckan® FT 2001/120 A B trickle resin is preferably
used for the following components:
• high-speed universal and household machines
• drives for machine tools
• starters and dynamos
Processing methods:
The product can be processed in all conventional
trickling plants.
According to the principle of trickle impregnation the
activated resin is applied in a thin stream to the preheated
rotating winding.
The resin immediately adopts the temperature of the
winding, becomes considerably more thin-fluid and
is distributed uniformly throughout the winding as a
result of rotation and capillary forces.
The temperature of the objects to be trickled should
be between 80°C and 120°C to achieve short curing
times and keep the amount of processing time per
object to a minimum.
Curing occurs by current heating and/or heated circulating
air.
With a suitably high throughput, Dobeckan® FT
2001/120 A B can also be processed by the dip
rolling method with preheated objects.
Since the activated resin is a highly reactive system,
the temperature of the resin in the storage and mixing
containers of the trickling plant should not exceed
23°C.
The resin is to be protected from light during processing
and storage.

Данный продукт может перерабатываться на всех стандартных литьевых линиях. Согласно принципу литьевой пропитки, активированная смола наносится тонкой струей на предварительно разогретую, вращающуюся обмотку.
Смола моментально адаптируется к температуре обмотки, приобретает дополнительную текучесть и равномерно распределяется по обмотке, под воздействием центробежной силы и капиллярных сил.
Температура обрабатываемого объекта должна находиться в диапазоне 80°С-120°С для достижения короткого времени отверждения и сведения времени обработки к минимуму.
Отверждение происходит в результате нагрева током и / или нагрева циркулирующим воздухом.
Благодаря высокой производительности Dobeckan® FT 2001/120 А В может перерабатываться ротационным окунанием с предварительно нагретыми узлами.
В связи с тем, что активированная смола является высокореактивной системой, температура смолы при хранении и в смесителях на производственной линии не должна превышать 23°С.
Смола должна предохраняться от воздействия солнечного света при хранении и переработке.

TYPICAL CHARACTERISTICS
Hyperten 2000HP is manufactured using treated uni-directional E glass fibre yarns
impregnated with a specially formulated resin/hardener system
The resin employed promotes high inter-yarn adhesion and is cured to a "B" stage during
manufacture of the tape.
When fully cured Hyperten 2000HP exhibits high mechanical strength, good resistance to
moisture and will operate at Class H (180°C) temperatures.
APPLICATIONS
Hyperten 2000HP is designed for the banding of high speed armatures and rotors and when
correctly applied will form a high tensile insulation band to retain the windings and resist
displacement by centrifugal forces.
Hyperten 2000HP displays good retention of mechanical strength at elevated temperatures
and is particularly suitable for the banding of armatures of railway traction motors.

Source text - English Flow behaviour is one of the most important technical properties of a PVC plastisol. To a great extent, it determines the useability and user-friendliness of the paste. In plastisols, thickeners such as fumed silica, polysulfonates, bentonite clays and precipitated calcium carbonate have been traditionally used. They may exhibit the following undesireable properties and limitations:
* Difficult to store and handle
* Hard to disperse properly
* High viscosity at high shear rates which can lead to coating defects during knife coating and spraying
* Poor air release due to highly pseudoplastic rheology
* Non-reproducible results
* Insufficient heat sag resistance
* Loss of thickening effect when used with amine adhesion promoters
Translation - Russian Поведение текучести это один из наиболее важных технических параметров ПВХ – пластизолей. Во многом это определяет технологичность и перерабатываемость пасты. В пластизолях, в качестве загустителей традиционно применяются такие вещества как коллоидальная двуокись кремния, полисульфонаты, бентонитовые глины, осажденный карбонат кальция, которые, в свою очередь могут демонстрировать следующие побочные эффекты и ограничения:
* Сложности при переработке и обращении
