“(2) Producătorii de energie din surse regenerabile beneficiază de un număr de certificate verzi pentru energia electrică produsă şi livrată conform prevederilor alin. (1) după cum urmează:
a) pentru energia electrică din centrale hidroelectrice cu puteri instalate de cel mult 10 MW:
(i) 3 certificate verzi pentru fiecare 1 MWh produs şi livrat, dacă centralele hidroelectrice sunt noi;[...]"
