Source text - Spanish VISTOS: La vigente Constitución Española; la Ley Orgánica 1/2.002, de 22 de marzo, reguladora del Derecho de Asociación, Real Decreto 1497/2003, de 28 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento del Registro Nacional de Asociación y de sus relaciones con los restantes Registros de asociaciones; y la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común.
CONSIDERANDO: Que, con arreglo a las disposiciones citadas, corresponde al Registro Nacional de Asociaciones la inscripción de la identidad de los titulares de la junta directiva u órgano de representación y de modificación de estatutos, de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 25.1 de la Ley Orgánica 1/2.002, de 22 de marzo, reguladora del Derecho de Asociación; que el mencionado acuerdo de elección de los órganos de gobierno y representación y de modificación estatutaria no altera la naturaleza jurídica de la entidad; y que en la documentación presentada no se aprecia que concurran los supuestos de los números 2 y 5 del artículo 22 de la Constitución.
Translation - English ACCORDING TO: the Spanish Constitution in force; the Organic Law 1/2.002, of March 22nd, that regulates the Right of Association, Royal Decree 1497/2003, November 28th, that approves the Regulation of the National Registry of Associations and its relations with the rest of Registries of Associations; and the Act 30/1992, November 26th, of Regulation on Public Administration and Common Administrative Procedure.
WHEREAS: According to the above mentioned provisions, it corresponds to the National Registry of Associations the registration of the identity of the new head members of the association’s governing and/or representative body and the amendment of its statutes, according to the article 25.1 of the Organic Law 1/2.002, March 22nd, regulating the Right of Association; whereas the above mentioned agreement of election of new head members of the association’s governing and/or representative body and the amendment of its statutes does not alter the legal nature of the association; and that in the documentation presented there is no concurrence of the cases in numbers 2 and 5 from the article 22 of the Constitution.
