Source text - English The General Director shall not be entitled to conclude contracts, make transactions and other legal acts and give powers of attorney on behalf of the Company without preliminary written approval of the Participant if the decision-making in the conclusion of such contracts, making such transactions and legal acts and giving powers of attorney are related to the competence of the Participant according to the Charter. The General Director shall have the right to make transactions stated below or legal acts exclusively by preliminary written approval of the Participant:
(а) establishment and liquidation of legal entities by the Company, Company's acquisition of shares, stocks, shares, the conclusion of partnership agreements (joint operation agreements), including private partnership contracts by the Company;
(b) any transactions (or some interrelated transactions) to the sum exceeding the equivalent to хх,000.00 (хх thousand) US dollars in terms of any currency taking into account positions of sub-paragraph х of the article.
