Bio
I'm a Portuguese linguist dedicated to the language business for more than 10 years. During my career, I've specialized in Electronics/IT, Software and Website localization, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering. Recently, I've worked on projects for Apple, Xerox, Microsoft, d-Link, Epson, TomTom, Repsol YPF, Skil (electric tools), Cepsa, Seat, El Corte Inglés, Turismo de Andorra.

Besides technical texts, I've also worked in publishing companies as a translator, editor, writer and proofreader, in publications such as encyclopedias, dictionaries, novels and educational books.

I use Trados Studio 2009 for my daily work. I have experience with other CAT tools, mainly MemoQ and Déjà Vu.
