Source text - Russian 1. ПРЕДМЕТ ДОГОВОРА
1.1. Поставщик изготовляет и поставляет в пункт поставки продукцию согласно Заявок Покупателя (Приложения к Договору), а Покупатель оплачивает такую продукцию (далее – «продукция»).
1.2. Право собственности на продукцию переходит к Покупателю с даты подписания товарной накладной представителями Поставщика и Покупателя.
1.3. Датой поставки считается дата товарной накладной за подписью представителей Поставщика и Покупателя.
1.4. Пункт поставки указан в соответствующей Заявке.
1.5. Не допускается поставка в ночное и нерабочее время, если иное не согласовано Сторонами.
2. ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬСТВА СТОРОН
2.1. Поставщик обязуется:
2.1.1. Изготовить продукцию и доставить в пункт поставки в соответствии с условиями соответствующей Заявки и Договора;
2.1.2. Заблаговременно предупреждать Покупателя о времени прибытия продукции в пункт поставки письменно по факсу;
2.1.3. Вывезти и заменить некачественную продукцию либо допоставить недостающую продукцию за свой счет, либо возместить стоимость некачественной/недостающей продукции при ее отсутствии на складе в течение 14 календарных дней.
2.1.4. Не использовать товарные знаки, рисунки, изображения, макеты карт, текстовые, рекламные и другие материалы либо их части/фрагменты, в т.ч. электронные файлы (переданные ему Покупателем), в целях иных, чем изготовление продукции по Договору.
2.2. Обязательства Покупателя:
2.2.1. Принять и оплатить продукцию в соответствии с условиями соответствующей Заявки и Договора.
Translation - English 1. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
1.1. The Supplier shall manufacture a product and deliver it to the point of delivery in accordance with Buyer's Requests (Annexes to the Contract), while the Buyer shall pay for such a product (hereinafter referred to as product).
1.2. The Buyer shall acquire the right of ownership of the product since the date of invoice signing by representatives of the Supplier and the Buyer.
1.3. The date of delivery shall be the date put on the consignment note signed by representatives of the Supplier and the Buyer.
1.4. The point of delivery shall be indicated in the respective Request.
1.5. The delivery shall not be carried out at night and non-working time, unless otherwise decided by the Parties.
2. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
2.1. The Supplier undertakes:
2.1.1. To manufacture the product and to deliver it to the point of delivery in compliance with the terms and conditions of the respective Request and the Contract;
2.1.2. To notify the Buyer in advance by fax of the time of product arrival at the delivery point;
2.1.3. To remove and replace poor-quality product, or to deliver the short-delivered product at his expense, or to reimburse within 14 calendar days for the cost of poor-quality/short-delivered product in case of its absence at the warehouse;
2.1.4. Not to use trademarks, drawings, images, map models, texts, advertisements, and other materials or their parts/fragments, including electronic files (handed over to him by the Buyer) for the purposes other than product manufacturing under the Contract.
2.2. The Buyer undertakes:
2.2.1. To accept and pay for the product in accordance with the terms and conditions of the respective Request and Contract.

The ordinary role of the armed forces of a State is to defend national territory against external threats (international armed conflict) and to deal with internal (non-international) armed conflict situations. However, armed forces may be required to come to the assistance of civil authorities to deal with much lower levels of violence that may be characterized as internal disturbances and tensions.
