Hello! My name is Mary Johnston-de Leon, and I am a Spanish-English translator. I was born in the United States, and my native language is English, but I lived for 14 years in South America, where I learned to speak Spanish. While in South America I gave English classes and worked as a tour guide. Upon my return to the United States I became a translator and interpreter. I have experience in translating medical reports, psychological evaluations, physical therapy reports, clinical trials information, etc. I interpret in medical settings as well. I have a bachelor's degree from the University of Houston in Public Management, and I have a certificate in Healthcare Interpreting from Santa Barbara City College. |
