Since I began my studies, I have been able to put myself in many different situations and areas that have allowed me to learn not only the mechanics of language, but also the culture that goes along with it and the opportunity to use my language skills in a global environment.

I have a Master of Arts in Foreign Languages (Spanish – English) from The University of Nice in France, a Bachelor of Arts in Translation and Interpretation (English – French) from Ricardo Palma University in Peru, as well as a Certificate to teach Spanish as a Foreign Language issued by The Instituto Cervantes.

I have more than 6 years of experience in the language field; specializing in Advertising, Marketing, Non-profit, Human Rights, Travel, Tourism, Government and Technical translation.

I am a member of the The Mid-America Chapter of the American Translators Association. I have experience working on both Microsoft and Apple platforms plus great typing skills, knowledge of social media and web presence.

Aside from translating, I also localize, edit, proofread and transcribe documents. I work with the following CAT Tools: SDL Studio and Multiterm, Across, and Xbench.
