Drive system
The main shafts with sprockets which move the bottle carrier chain are equipped with gear boxes that are connected with cardan shafts.
A central motor reducer with brake moves the carrier beams chain: a mechanical safety device and a thermal sensor protect the gearmotor against faults and overloading.
The torque of the motor itself is monitored by the strength of current. In case of an overload, the motor stops immediately.
All screw gearboxes can be supplied with a load cell safety device to protect them against possible overloading.
Furthermore, use of load cells enables continuous monitoring of the torques of each gearbox, thus ensuring accurate assessment of power in the main drive system.

Bei diesem Prüfvorgang werden nur Bauteile und Anzeigen beschrieben, die für dieses System relevant sind.

INV 2003 TT Anpassung der QRP's für das optische Archiv (Fa. Priskon) Alle Ausdrucke des Inventurprogramms werden "OBEN RECHTS" und "UNTEN LINKS" mit einem Code für das optische Archiv versehen. Ausdrucke prüfen, ob ein Code an den angegebenen Positionen vorhanden st. Code mit einem Rahmen versehen, befindet sich auf dem Ausdruck.
INV 2003 TT Laufzettel sollen über die Inventurprogramme ausgedruckt werden. Vor Beginn der Inventuraufnahme soll der Laufzettel über das Programm erstellt werden. In das Untermenü der Inventur-Belege wechseln und Laufzettel mit Hilfe des Programms ausdrucken und auf Richtigkeit prüfen. Laufzettel werden mit fortlaufender Seitennummerierung ausgedruckt.

El rótulo debe imprimirse a través del programa de inventario. Antes de comenzar el registro del inventario, el programa de inventario crea el rótulo. Cambiar el comprobante del inventario en el submenú imprimir el rótulo con ayuda del programa y comprobar que esté correcto. El rótulo se imprime con numeración de páginas consecutiva.
