Ved at gruppere brugerkonti kan du organisere brugerne og regulere deres adgangsmuligheder inden for XXX. Ved at anvende grupper, roller og rettigheder kan du forbedre sikkerheden i XXX, styre brugere mod det ønskede indhold og sikre, at anonyme brugere automatisk bliver tildelt relevante rettigheder.

Translation - English Groups, privileges and authorizations
Users are able to carry out tasks and access special features in XXX based on the authorizations associated with their user accounts. To gain authorization the user accounts must belong to the groups you have created during the User Setup.
By grouping the User Accounts you can organize the users and modify their access capabilities within the XXX. By utilizing groups, privileges and authorizations you can improve the security of XXX, guide users toward the content they need and make sure anonymous users are automatically granted the appropriate authorization.
Groups are based on assigned tasks while tasks are based on the authorization associated with them. Groups, privileges and authorizations can be defined as follows:
• An authorization is a permission to carry out a specific job.
• A privilege is a set of authorizations typically made up by a set of similar authorizations meant to be unified. However, you may create privilege from any of the authorizations contained in XXX.
• A group is a set of privileges that define the boundaries of a User Account. Users can join more than one group and their total ______ is determined by the authorizations assigned to them.
