Source text - English The Contracting Parties are aware of the fact that within the framework of the fulfilment of this Contract they can mutually convey information that shall be considered as confidential. All confidential information, which is possessed by one party and which will be given to the other party, remains the exclusive ownership of the party that has transmitted it. The party that accepted the information shall maintain its confidentiality and protection with such an effort as if it were its own confidential information. With the exception of the scope necessary for the co-operation, which is the reason of concluding this Contract, both parties undertake not to duplicate confidential information of the other party in any way, not to hand it over to a third party or to their own employees and representatives, with the exception of those, who need to be familiar with it in order to fulfil this Contract. Both parties herewith undertake not to use confidential information of the other party for any other purpose than is the fulfilment of the essence of co-operation, which is the reason for concluding this contract.
Translation - Spanish Las partes contratantes son conscientes de que, dentro del marco del cumplimiento de este contrato, pueden trasmitirse mutuamente información que será considerada confidencial. Toda información confidencial, poseída por una parte y otorgada a la otra, continúa siendo propiedad exclusiva de la parte emisora. La parte que acepta la información debe mantener su confidencialidad y protegerla tanto como a su propia información confidencial. Source text - English The Golden City, where Europe and the Americas have joined Asia and the Pacific Basin to create a jewel of a city. Sail under the Golden Gate Bridge and watch the mist roll in. Visit Alcatraz, take a cable car, hang out on the waterfront, eat Dim Sum in Chinatown. Enjoy one of the world’s most diverse cities.
And that’s what Jack Kerouac did in ‘On the Road’, which he drafted at 29 Russell Place, Russian Hill, San Francisco. Time to follow suit and explore the coastline. First stop Santa Cruz, famous for its wooden boardwalk, the oldest beachfront amusement park on the West Coast, its surfing museum and its attraction to new age healing (truly Californian). We had the most fun with another Jack - the hound - under the Santa Cruz pier.
Up the road from Santa Cruz are the Ano Nuevo State Reserve, home to countless elephant seals and the deserted Steele Ranch. Founded in 1861, the Steele brothers developed a successful dairy operation that continued for 80 years and was the biggest cheese producer on the West Coast.
