Intended use / user indications
Material streams
Suited for separating ferromagnetic* (Fe) particles out of free falling powder and granular material streams, grain size up to 10 mm, such as plastics, flour, sugar, coffee beans, etc.
Not suited for fatty powders or raw materials with particle size over 10 mm.
Fe particles
Suited for use in material streams with Fe particles of 30 µm and larger, dependant on magnet type. See article specs for exact values.
Material stream has to be free from Fe or other parts that can cause damage to the magnet bar tubes (like dents/bumps)
Air pressure
The (relative) over pressure in the product channel has to be less then 0,2 bar.
The (relative) under pressure in the product channel has to be less then 0,5 bar.
Altas temperaturas
When higher temperatures occur, there is the possibility to use other magnet material than the (standard) applied Neoflux® or Ferroxdure magnet material.
Abrasive products
If you have an abrasive material stream, we can supply the magnet bars and /or inside housing with a protective coating, like for instance a wolfram carbide coating.
Use in FOOD product flows
The SECF can be adapted so that it can be used in your specific food flow. It’s standard tubes executions already have little gaps in the, already complete SS, product channel. The product channel (or even complete housing magnet bars) can be delivered in gap-free SS AISI304(L) or AISI316(L), or in combination with other – for instance prescribed or delivered by customer – food improved materials. Surface treatments like electrolytic polishing, staining, etc. are possible on request.

Bevor wir Sie durch den Anblick unserer ------isekarte und der Tageskarte ganz hungrig werden lassen, ein paar Informationen zu der Abstammung der Lebensmittel, die wir verarbeiten. Das Fleisch kommt ausschließlich
aus biologischer Tierhaltung, von dem Bauern: „Bioland“, Ökologischer Landbau in Steinfeld in Schleswig-Holstein. Unser Manfred liefert uns einmal in der Woche

In order to bet with Winunited, you need to open a personal betting account. Opening your betting account with Winunited is free of charge. After successful registration, you will be granted password-protected access to your betting account, which will be used for handling all transactions, such as deposits, winnings, withdrawals, and placing bets.
Every customer is restricted to opening only one betting account. Any person registering with Winunited must be at least 18 years old, and their place of residence must not be in the USA or Malta.

Your data will not be publicised nor will it be forwarded to third parties. For further details, please read the privacy policy.
3. Accept the General Terms and Conditions and confirm the information you have stated by clicking ‘Register’. Your access data (PIN) will be sent to you immediately by e-mail. Please note that for your first log-in, you must use the 4-digit PIN allocated to you. Thereafter, you may use either the password chosen by you, or your PIN. After your first log-in, you may deposit money into your betting account.

Your customer ID is a five-digit number allocated automatically to you upon registration with www.winunited.com. It will be displayed behind your name when you are logged into your account.

The customer ID can be used instead of your password for login purposes, or to effect payments.
Please note that your customer ID cannot be changed. Keep it in a safe place, separate from your username, PIN and your password.

Should your e-mail address or postal address have changed or be incorrect, this is where you can alter or correct it. You also may, at any time, change your password by first entering your old password in the appropriate field, and then entering the new password twice. You may close your betting account with Winunited at any time. Any funds in your betting account will be transferred to your bank account upon application. Upon closure, the personal data stored with us will be deleted , on request , after the expiration of the statutory warranty period, i.e. usually after 10 years. Deleting personal data prior to that point in time will not be possible because we are required to keep that information for your security should it be needed to assert, exercise, or defend any legal claims and rights as against governmental authorities or in court.
Betting > Sport Bets > Place your Bets
Placing a bet at Winunited is easy.
At Winunited you can place your bets online or via a Java compatible mobile phone. You need to have a betting account at Winunited and be logged in with your username and password.
Please follow the instructions of our Online-Demo "My first bet" or proceed as follows:
Select an event, sport or a league from the sports menu on the left side of the website. The available bets will be displayed in the middle section of the homepage.
Select the predicted result of one or more events by clicking the appropriate box. A bet-slip will appear on the right side of the website displaying your choices.
To delete a bet simply click on the trash icon next to the bet.
If you have selected two or more bets, you can choose between single bet, combi bet and system bet.
Enter the stake into the designated box on the bet-slip. We accept a minimum of 0.50 Euro cents per bet.
The potential profit will be shown on the bottom line of the bet-slip. Click on ‘confirm’ and proceed to the second page.
Here you can check the bet-slip before final confirmation, however you are unable to effect changes, unless you click on 'Back', or click on 'Confirm' if the bet is correct. Once you have clicked this 'Confirm' button, it will not be possible anymore to modify or cancel your bet(s).
The successfully placed bet(s) will be indicated by a transaction number and a confirmation message.
You can now print the bet-slip or open a new (blank) one.
You can view your bet history and their status at anytime under "My bets".
Placing a bet is fast and easy.

To be able to place a bet you have to be logged in.

Click on any event/sports type from the list provided on the left-hand side of your screen.

Some sub-menus of a selected event/sports type might appear for you to specify your option. Tick the white box corresponding to the event of your choice by clicking it once and then click on “Show”.

The full bet list for the chosen event will appear on your screen. On top you will also have a selection of offered game types.

Now you can either specify your selection further by clicking on a specific game type or proceed by clicking on the white box that corresponds to your predicted result.

If you choose to specify your selection by clicking on a specific game type for example ‘3 way’, then the list of bets on your screen will be restricted to 3 way bets only. If you wish to see all available bets just click on “All” and the whole list will appear on your screen. (The number in the brackets next to a game type indicates the total number of bets that are being offered).

A bet slip will appear on the right hand side of your screen showing the bet type, the predicted result and the odds.

The next step is to enter the stake i.e. the amount of money you wish to play on the selected bet. As soon as you enter the stake, the potential winnings will automatically be calculated for you. The minimum stake accepted is €0,50.

In case you want to add more bets repeat this procedure by just clicking on the white boxes that correspond to your predicted results.

If you wish to delete a specific bet from your bet slip click on the yellow bin which is located next to that bet. If you want to clear the whole bet slip click on the double yellow bin at the bottom of the bet slip.

Once you’re sure about your bet selection, click on ‘Confirm’ at the bottom of the bet slip. You will be guided to the second page, and will still have to option to changed your mind, cancel or confirm your bet. Once confirmed a bet cannot be cancelled.

A transaction number and a confirmation message will indicate your successfully placed bets. You can print or create another bet slip. You can view all pending bets and results at anytime under “My Bets”.

To calculate the potential winnings, simply multiply the stake by the odds.
Example:
Match Leeds United vs. Hull City
Bet on Leeds United – Odds 1,65
Stake 0.50 Euro
Odds x Stake = potential profit
1.65 x 0.50 = 0.83 Euro
As you can see in the picture, the ‘potential profit’ will be calculated automatically and is clearly displayed in the bet-slip.

If you search for a particular event please use the search engine in the upper left corner of the website.
For keyword search please enter the name of a team or an athlete and click on 'Search’. The available bets will be displayed in the middle section of your screen.
You may also choose to display the forthcoming events for the current day, the next 2 days or the next 4 days via the drop down menu.
Betting > Sport Bets > Bet offers
You have the possibility to either select an event, sport or league from the sports menu bar or use the search engine to to have your choice of bets displayed.
For each match, the date, start time as well as bet type and odds will be provided.
For most events we offer special bets (Link einfügen) in addition to the standard bets. The number (in brackets) and types of available bets will be displayed in the bet overview.
To show additional bets please check the appropriate box and click on "Show".
Additional bets will also be indicated by a figure (e.g. +2) on the right side of the event. This figure indicates the number of other bets available for this event. Click on the box with the figure to view these bets.
Betting > Sport Bets > Odds
Odds indicate how much you can win for your bet. The odds are stated in the bet offer underneath the participants’ names.
The favourite of an event will be allocated lower odds whereas the outsider will be dealt with higher odds.
In our example, Bayern München is granted a higher chance to win (Odds 1.07). Schalke 04 gets the higher odds and is not considered the favourite to win by the bookmakers.
The displayed odds for your bet will be multiplied by the stake to show the potential winning.
Odds may change/fluctuate until the start of an event (or during an event for live bets). Once you have confirmed your bets however, your odds are fixed and will not be influenced by any odds changes later on.
Betting > Sport Bets > Start time
Date and start time are shown in the bet offer and determine the closing time for bets. If you place a bet with fixed odds, it has to be concluded and confirmed prior to the start time of the event to be valid.
Betting Types
Additional bets will be indicated by a figure (e.g. +2) on the right side of the event. This figure indicates the number of other bets available for this event. Click on the box with the figure to display these bets.
Betting > Sport Bets > Stats
Before placing a bet you can check the up-to-date statistics of that specific league. Click the statistics icon on the right side of the bet. If no icon is shown, statistics are not available for this event.
Within the statistics pop-up you can choose between head-to-head-comparison or league table.
Betting > Sport Bets > Bet-slip
The bet-slip, also called ‘coupon’ is displayed on the right side of the website. It shows all selected bets as well as the total odds and potential winnings.
You can choose between single bet, combi bet and system bet.
To delete a bet simply click on the trash icon next to the bet. To delete the entire bet-slip please click on the double trash icon.
Betting > Sport Bets > Closing time
The start time shown in the bet offer determines the closing time for bets. If you place a bet with fixed odds, it has to be concluded and confirmed prior to the start time of the match/event to be valid.
Apart from live betting, any bet comfirmed after the start of the event becomes invalid and/or will be rejected.
Live bets offer the possibility to place bets while the event is in progress. The odds will change continuously according to the course of the match.
Betting Types > Single bet
The Single Bet is the simplest betting type. The final result of a single match/event has to be predicted. In case the prediction was right, the bet is won.
To calculate your winnings, multiply the stake by the odds.
As shown in the figure, the automatically calculated potential profit (including stake) will be displayed on your betslip.
Betting Types > Combination bet
The combi bet allows you to cover a number of bets with just one stake. You can achieve higher winnings by clever combinations of bets, as the odds of each bet will be multiplied by each other.
Every single result of the combi bet has to be predicted correctly for the combi bet to win.
To place a combi bet, simply choose your favourite events in the betting offer. Your selection will automatically be displayed as a combi bet in the bet-slip.
Please note:
Combi bets pertaining to the same event may not be combined, irrespective of the nature of the bet. i.e. a standard bet may not be combined with a special bet of the same event, and a combination of two or more special bets is not allowed either.
Betting Types > System Bet
The system bet is an enhanced version of the combi bet. It allows you to place a number of combi bets in one single transaction. You do not have to generate the combinations by yourself, but simply select your predictions and choose the type of combinations you would like to play.
For example, with the system 3-out-of-4 (3/4), all possible triple combinations resulting from your four tips will be compiled, i.e. four combi bets in total.
With the system bet 2-out-of-4 (2/4), you will bet on all possible double combinations resulting from your 4 tips, i.e. 6 combi bets in total.
The advantage of this betting type is that you can win even if you are wrong with one (or more) of your predictions.
To place a system bet, select at least three single bets and click ‘System’ on your Bet Selection (see figure).
The system bet is limited to 8 single bets.
Betting Types > Banker System Bet
If you feel confident that one of your tips will definitely be right, you may define it as ‘bank’ by clicking on the red ‘B’ on your Bet Selection (see figure).
This choice (the bank) will then be included in each combination of your system bet. You may also choose to have more than one bank, if your system bet allows this.
Betting Types > 3-Way-Bet
The 3-Way-Bet is offered for events with three possible outcomes, for example soccer or ice hockey:
Win Team A, Draw (X), Win Team B.
Betting Types > 2-Way-Bet
2-Way-Bets are offered for events where a draw is impossible, such as tennis or basketball or Volleyball.
You have two options to bet on: Win Team/Player A or Win Team/Player B.
Betting Types > Double Chance
If you like to minimise your risk or if you are not quite sure about the outcome of an event/match, you can tip on two out of three possible results within one bet.
For example, the options for soccer would be:
Win Team A or Draw
Win Team B or Draw
Win Team A or Victory team B
Betting Types > 3-Way-Handicap
With 3-way-handicap, one team is granted an advantage of goals or points which will be added to the final result.
Example:
Soccer Angola(+1) against Portugal (0):
If the real score is 0-0, the result including the handicap would be 1-0. Thus, you would have won with a tip on Angola.
If the real score is 0-1, the handicap result would be 1-1, i.e. draw.
For Portugal to win, this team would have to score 2 or more goals.
Betting Types > 2-Way-Handicap
The 2-Way-Handicap grants one team an amount of points which are added to their final score to determine the outcome of the bet.
Example:
Detroit Tigers(0) vs. Tampa Bay Devil Rays (+1.5).
If the real score is 1-0, the bet result would be 1-1.5. Tampa Bay Devil Rays would be the winner.
Detroit Tigers have to win by at least 2 points to win this bet.
Betting > Betting Types > Half Time / Full Time
Betting Types > Halftime / Fulltime
The Half Time / Full Time Bet is a combination of two 3-Way-Bets, one for each half of game. Both the score at half time (Team A in the lead, Team B in the lead, or draw) and the final score (Win Team A, Win Team B, or draw) have to be predicted.
In the example shown below, you have 9 different options to bet on.
If you place your bet for “Draw / USA ”, the score has to be draw at half time and USA must be the end result of the match for your bet to be successful.
Betting Types > Correct Score
The Correct Score Bet is available for example for football matches. With this type of bet, the exact result for the two participating teams after regular play-time has to be predicted correctly. (Example: 1-1, 3-1 etc.).
Betting Types > Over / Under
This is a very simple 2-Way-Special-Bet. You are required to bet on whether the total number of goals achieved during the match will be more or less than a predetermined score.
For soccer matches, the options ‘over 2.5’ and ‘under 2.5’ are usually offered. If you bet on ‘over 2.5’, you would win if a total of 3 or more goals would be scored during the game. Example: Result: 2 - 1 . If you bet on ‘under 2.5’, the total of goals scored can not exceed 2. (1 - 1).
Betting Types > Outright Bet
If you are sure that a team or player will win the event or tournament, you can place an outright bet.
This type of bet is usually offered for long-term events where you can choose the final winner. A typical outright bet would be: Who will win the Group H of the Soccer World Cup in 2006?
Betting Types > Live Betting
Normally, a bet has to be placed prior to the beginning of the event. However, Winunited offers Live Bets for selected events.
The advantage of Live Bets are that you can place your bets while the match is still in progress, until the end of the event. Furthermore there usually is a variety of bets on offer, such as: 'Who will score next', 'Who will have the next corner', 'Will there be another goal' and so on. The odds will change continuously according to the course of the match. This will guarantee a maximum of excitement whilst watching or enjoying a game or match.
Betting > Sport Bets > Livescores
Up-to-date results of current events are available under ‘Livescores’ underneath the login section on the right side of the website. This service can only be accessed after login.
You can choose to either display the results of finished events or live scores of ongoing events.
Payment > Pay In
Deposits
After opening a betting account you can make deposits in order to place your first bet. Enter your username and password and click on ‘Pay In’.
You will then get an overview of all available payment options.
Payment > Pay Out
At present, withdrawals can only be made via bank transfer. In order to protect you from fraud, we will need a copy of your identity card or passport (both sides) as well as a copy of the credit card (both sides) used for deposits (if applicable). You can submit these documents via Fax +356 2326 1602 or by Email to [email protected] as PDF file or in a Word document. Once you have been identified as the rightful owner of the credit card and betting account, the withdrawal will be processed.
Winunited retains the right to subdivide substantial amounts into partial payments.
Bonus credits and/or vouchers cannot be paid out but must be placed three times on bets, if not stated otherwise, before withdrawals can be claimed. We advise you therefore to read the special bonus conditions shown separately with each campaign.

The IP address of the computer used for login will be queried and stored in order to prevent any illegal manipulation by third parties.
All data at Winunited is protected from unauthorised access by a firewall.
The following customer data will be stored:
• Name, date of birth, mobile phone number and the address of your residence. This data is substantial to identify each customer, to ascertain the age of the customer, and to enable transmission of potential winnings to the customer.
• An e-mail address is necessary to enable us to communicate with our customers. If desired, you can receive notification about results of particular events either by e-mail or by short message (SMS) to your mobile device. You can select the type of message preferred with your registration.

Protection of Minors

Should Winunited establish that a client is a minor, all business transactions effected via the client’s account will be reversed, irrespective of the status of bets. The user account will be closed as of immediate effect.
Closing Your Betting Account
You may close your betting account with Winunited at any time. Any funds in your betting account will be paid out to you.
In the case of your betting account being closed, your personal data stored by us will be deleted on request upon the expiration of the statutory warranty period (usually after 10 years). For your own security, deleting personal data prior to this is not possible.

What is a PIN and how do I get mine?
Your PIN is your personal identification number that is required to withdraw money from your account. It was sent to you by email immediately after you registered with our site. If you forgot your PIN call customer care on 0035623261300 and we will send your PIN via email or via SMS.
How do I update the e-mail address on my betting account?
To update your e-mail address log into your account, go to “My Data” on the right hand side of your screen, update your details and click enter. You can update your personal information as many times as you want.
How old do I have to be to start betting?

How do I close my account?

Can I register with more than one credit card?

How do I access details of my account balance, betting or transaction history?
At anytime you can gain access to your account details. Log into your account click on “My Account” on the right hand side of your screen. Then from the status bar you can choose between “all transactions”, “pay-ins” or “pay-outs” and finally click “Display”. You will get up-to-date information about your account.
How long does it take to receive my withdrawal?
A withdrawal transaction usually takes from five to seven banking days.
I have a new credit card - how do I update my account?

Why am I having problems with making a deposit?
There are several possible reasons:

How long does it take to grade a sports bet?
Normally immediately after the game, but it can take up to 24hours after the finishing time of the game/event.
Can a sports bet be reversed or canceled after it is placed?
No, once you place a bet you cannot cancel it. You have three chances to decide whether you want to place the bet or not before confirming it.
Do you accept bets by telephone?
No, all bets must be placed online.
How close to the start of the game can I place a sport bet?
You can place a bet up to the starting time of the game. Once the game starts no more bets can be accepted. In this case we offer live bets, which allow you to bet during the official game time.
What are the odds?
Odds tell you how much you could win by placing a bet on your favourite team. So to calculate the winning you have to multiply the odds by the stake.
Technical
Why am I getting timed out?
As a security precaution, after some time of inactivity the system will be automatically timed out. In this case you will have to log in again.
Why am I unable to place a combination bet?
Some bets cannot be placed together in a combination because of the betting system itself. The system on our website will automatically reject such bets.
Why is the site slow?
This might be due to internet connection reasons and varies with different service providers and browsers.

Para poder apostar con Winunited, ha de abrir una cuenta personal de apuestas. Abrir una cuenta con Winunited es gratuito. Después de registrarse con éxito, se le concederá acceso con contraseña a su cuenta de apuestas, con la que gestionará todas sus transacciones, tales como depósitos, ganancias, retirar dinero y realizar apuestas.

Registro > Cómo registrarse
El registro se puede realizar en tres simples pasos:

Puede consultar los resultados de los partidos que hayan acabado, y los resultados en directo de los partidos en curso.
Registro > Cancelar su cuenta de apuestas
Puede cancelar su cuenta de apuestas con Winunited en cualquier momento. Con el fin de cerrar su cuenta, contacte con el Equipo de atención al cliente a través del correo electrónico con [email protected], o por teléfono llamando al +356 2326 1300 ((para clientes internacionales) o 0180 5563 0000 (para clientes en Alemania). Cualquier cantidad en su cuenta de apuestas se transferirá a la cuenta de su banco cuando lo solicite. A la conclusión, los datos personales que tenemos almacenados se borrarán, a petición, después de la expiración del periodo legal de garantía, es decir, por lo general después de 10 años. En Winunited puede apostar en línea o a través de un teléfono móvil compatible con Java. Necesita tener una cuenta de apuestas en Winunited y haber accedido con su nombre de usuario y contraseña.
Siga las instrucciones en nuestra Demo en línea "Mi primera apuesta" o haga lo siguiente:
Seleccione un evento, deporte o liga del menú de deportes en la parte izquierda de la página. Se mostrarán las apuestas disponibles en la parte central de la sección de la página principal.
Seleccione su pronóstico de resultado de uno o más eventos haciendo un clic en la casilla apropiada. Aparecerá un boleto de apuestas en la parte derecha de la página con sus apuestas.
Para eliminar una apuesta sólo ha de hacer un clic sobre la papelera que hay a la derecha de la apuesta.
Si ha seleccionado dos o más apuestas, puede elegir entre apuesta simple, apuesta combinada y apuesta de sistema.
Introduzca la cantidad de su apuesta en la casilla correspondiente en el boleto de apuestas. Aceptamos un mínimo de 0.50 Euros por apuesta..
En la línea inferior del boleto de apuestas aparecerá el beneficio potencial. Haga clic en ‘confirmar’ y continúe a la página siguiente.
Aquí podrá comprobar su boleto de apuestas antes de la confirmación final, sin embargo no podrá hacer ningún cambio a no ser que vuelva a la página anterior haciendo clic en 'Atrás' en su navegador, o podrá confirmar la apuesta haciendo clic en 'Confirmar' si la apuesta es correcta. Una vez haya hecho clic sobre el botón 'Confirmar' no podrá realizar ninguna modificación ni cancelar su(s) apuesta(s).
Las apuestas que se realicen con éxito tendrán un número de transacción asignado y recibirá un mensaje de confirmación.
Puede imprimir su boleto de apuestas o abrir uno nuevo (vacío).
Puede ver en todo momento su historial de apuestas y su estado en "Mis apuestas".
Realizar una apuesta es fácil y rápido

Para poder realizar una apuesta ha de haber entrado en el sistema.

Haga clic sobre cualquier tipo de evento/deporte de la lista en la parte izquierda de su pantalla.

Algunos submenús de un tipo de evento/deporte seleccionado aparecerán para que haga su elección. Marque la casilla blanca correspondiente al evento de su elección haciendo clic sobre ella y a continuación haga clic en “Mostrar”.

Aparecerá toda la lista del evento que haya seleccionado en su pantalla. En la parte superior tendrá una selección de tipo de apuestas ofertadas. La lista completa de apuestas para el evento seleccionado aparecerá en su pantalla. En la parte superior verá una selección del tipo de apuestas ofertadas.

Ahora puede especificar su selección haciendo clic en un tipo de apuesta o haciendo clic en la casilla blanca que corresponde a su resultado pronosticado.

Si elije especificar su selección según del tipo de apuesta, por ejemplo ‘3 selecciones’, entonces la lista de apuestas se limitará sólo a apuestas 3 selecciones. Si desea ver todos los tipos de apuestas disponibles pulse en “Todas” y aparecerá toda la lista en su pantalla. (El número en paréntesis junto al tipo de apuesta indica el número de apuestas que se ofrecen ).

Aparecerá un boleto de apuestas en la parte derecha de su pantalla indicando el tipo de apuesta, el resultado pronosticado y las cuotas.

El siguiente paso consiste en introducir la cantidad a apostar en la apuesta seleccionada. Al introducir la cantidad aparecerán automáticamente las ganancias potenciales que puede obtener. La cantidad mínima a apostar es de €0,50.

En el caso de que desee hacer más apuestas, repita este proceso haciendo clic en las casillas en blanco que correspondan a sus pronósticos.

Si quiere borrar una apuesta en particular de su boleto de apuestas, haga clic en la papelera amarilla al lado de esa apuesta. Si quiere borrar todas las apuestas en el boleto, haga clic en la doble papelera que está en la parte inferior del boleto.

Una vez tenga seguridad sobre la apuesta seleccionada, haga clic en ‘Confirar’ en la parte inferior de la tira de apuestas. Se le guiará a la segunda página, y aún tendrá la opción de cambiar de opinión, cancelar o confirmar su apuesta. Una vez confirme la apuesta no podrá cancelarla.

Un número de transacción y un mensaje de confirmación le indicarán que sus apuestas se han relizado con éxito. Podrá imprimirlas o crear otro boleto de apuestas. Puede ver todas las apuestas pendientes y los resultados en cualquier momento en “Mis apuestas”.

Para calcular las ganancias potenciales, solo ha de multiplicar la cantidad apostada por la cuota.

Apuesta por Leeds United – Cuota 1,65
Apuesta 0.50 Euro
Cuota x Apuesta = beneficio potencial
1.65 x 0.50 = 0.83 Euro
Tal como puede ver en la imagen el ‘beneficio potencíal’ se calculará automáticamente y se muestra en el boleto de apuestas.
Apuestas> Apuestas deportivas > Buscar apuestas
Si busca un evento en particular utilice el cuadro de búsqueda en la esquina superior izquierda de la página web.
Para buscar una palabra clave introduzca el nombre de un equipo o de un atleta y haga clic sobre 'Buscar’. Las apuestas disponibles se mostrarán en la parte central de su pantalla.
También podrá optar por ver los eventos próximos para el mismo día, los dos días siguentes o los cuatro días siguientes utilizando el menú desplegable.
Apuestas > Apuestas deportivas > Ofertas de apuestas
Tiene la posibilidad de elegir un evento, deporte o liga de la barra de menú de deportes o utlizar el motor de búsqueda para ver las posibles opciones de apuesta.
Podrá ver la fecha, la hora de inicio además del tipo de apuesta y cuota para cada partido
Para la mayoría de los eventos le ofrecemos apuestas especiales (Link einfügen) además de las apuestas normales. El número (entre paréntesis) y tipos de apuestas disponibles aparecerán en la vista general de apuestas.
Para ver más apuestas marque la casilla correspondiente y haga clic en "Mostrar".
Las apuestas adicionales se indicarán también con un número (p.ej. +2) situado en la parte derecha del evento. Este número indica la cantidad de otro tipo de apuestas disponibles para este evento. Haga clic en la casilla con el número para ver estas apuestas.
Apuestas > Apuestas deportivas > Cuotas
Las cuotas indican cuanto puede ganar con su apuesta. Las cuotas se ven en la apuesta debajo del nombre de los participantes.
El favorito en un evento tendrá una cuota inferior mientras que el menos favorito tendrá una cuota superior. .
En nuestro ejemplo, el Bayern Munich recibe una posibilidad superior de ganar (cuota 1.07). El Schalke 04 recibe una cuota superior ya que los corredores de apuestas no le consideran favorito para ganar.
Las cuotas mostradas para su apuesta se multiplicarán por su apuesta para saber la ganancia potencial.
Las cuotas pueden cambiar/fluctuar hasta el inicio de un evento (o durante un evento en apuestas en directo). Una vez confirmadas las apuestas, su cuota queda fijada y no variará después bajo ningua circunstancia.
Apuestas > Apuestas deportivas > Hora de inicio
La fecha y hora de inicio se mostrarán en la oferta de la apuesta y determinan la hora de cierre para las apuestas. Si realiza una apuesta con cuota fija, para que resulte válida ha de ser confirmada antes de la hora del inicio del evento
Tipos de apuestas
La disponibilidad de otras apuestas se indicará con un número (p. ej. +2) en la parte derecha del evento. Este número indica la cantidad de otros tipos de apuestas disponibles para este evento. Haga clic sobre la casilla con el número para ver estas apuestas.
Apuestas > Apuestas deportivas > Estadísticas
Antes de realizar una apuesta puede comprobar las estadísticas actualizadas de una liga en particular. Haga clic sobre el icono de estadísticas en la parte derecha de la apuesta. Si no hay ningún icono eso quiere decir que no hay estadísticas disponibles para ese evento.
En las estadísticas podrá elegir ver una tabla comparativa o ver la clasificación.
Apuestas > Apuestas deportivas > Boleto de apuestas
El boleto de apuestas también llamado ‘cupón’ se muestra en la parte derecha de la página web. Expone todas las apuestas seleccionadas además del total de las cuotas y las ganancias potenciales.
Puede elegir entre apuesta simple, apuesta combinada y apuesta de sistema.
Para borrar una apuesta sólo ha de hacer clic sobre la papelera al lado de la apuesta. Para borrar todo el boleto de apuestas haga clic sobre el icono de las dos papeleras.
Apuestas > Apuestas deportivas > Hora de finalización
La hora de inicio que aparece en la apuesta determina la hora de finalización para apostar. Si realiza una apuesta con cuota fija, para ser válida ha de finalizarse y confirmarse antes de la hora de inicio del partido/evento.
Aparte de las apuestas en directo, cualquier apuesta confirmada después del inicio de un evento será inválida y/o será rechazada.
Las apuestas en directo ofrecen la posibilidad de realizar apuestas mientras el evento está en curso. Las cuotas cambian continuamente según el curso que lleve el partido.
Tipos de apuestas > Apuesta simple
La apuesta simple es el tipo de apuesta más sencillo. Se ha de pronosticar el resultado de un único partido/evento. En caso de que el pronóstico sea correcto se gana la apuesta.
Para calcular sus ganancias, multiplique su apuesta por la cuota.
Tal y como se muestra en la imagen, el beneficio potencial se calcula automáticamente (incluido la apuesta) y aparece en su boleto de apuestas. .
Tipos de apuestas > Apuesta combinada
La apuesta combinada le permite realizar varias apuestas de una vez. Puede conseguir ganancias superiores con combinaciones inteligentes de apuestas, ya que las cuotas de cada apuesta se multiplicarán unas por otras.
Cada resultado simple de la apuesta combinada se ha de pronosticar correctamente para ganar.
Para realizar una apuesta combinada, sólo ha de elegir sus eventos preferidos en la oferta de apuestas. La selección aparecerá en el boleto de apuestas como apuesta combinada.
Nota:
Las apuestas combinadas que correspondan al mismo evento no se podrán combinar, independientemente de la naturaleza de la apuesta, o sea, una apuesta estándar no se podrá combinar con una apuesta especial para el mismo evento y tampoco se permitirá realizar una apuesta de dos o más apuestas especiales.
Tipos de apuestas > Apuesta de sistema
La apuesta de sistema es una versión más elaborada de la apuesta combinada. Le permite realizar un número de apuestas combinadas de una sola vez. No hace falta que genere las combinaciones una a una, sólo ha de seleccionar los pronósticos y elegir el tipo de combinaciones a las que desea jugar.
Por ejemplo, con el sistema 3 de 4 (3/4), se recopilarán todas las combinaciones de tres posibles resultados de sus cuatro pronósticos, o sea, cuatro apuestas combinadas en total.
Con la apuesta de sistema 2 de 4 (2/4), apostará en todas las posibles combinaciones dobles posibles resultado de sus 4 pronósticos, o sea, 6 apuestas combinadas en total.
La ventaja de este tipo de apuesta es que puede ganar incluso si se equivoca en uno (o más) de sus pronósticos.
Para realizar una apuesta de sistema, seleccione al menos tres apuestas simples y haga clic en Sistema en su selección de apuestas (vea la imagen).
La apuesta de sistema está limitada a 8 apuestas simples.
Tipos de apuestas > Apuestas de sistema de bancos
Si tiene confianza en que uno de sus pronósticos será seguro ganador, puede definirlo como ‘banco’ haciendo clic en la ‘B’en rojo en su Selección de apuestas (vea la imagen).
Esta elección (el banco) se incluirá en cada combinación de su apuesta de sistema. También podrá seleccionar más de un banco si su apuesta de sistema se lo permite.
Tipos de apuestas> Apuestas de 3 selecciones
La apuesta de 3 selecciones se ofrece para eventos con tres posibles resultados, por ejemplo, en un partido de fútbol o de hockey sobre hielo:
Gana el equipo A, Empate (X), Gana el equipo B.
Tipos de apuestas> Apuestas de 2 selecciones
La apuesta de 2 selecciones se ofrece para eventos donde el empate es imposible, como el baloncesto o el voleibol.
Tiene dos ocpiones de apuesta: Gana el equipo /Jugador A o Gana el equipo / Jugador B.
Tipos de apuestas> Doble oportunidad
Si quiere minimizar el riesgo o si no tiene total seguridad sobre el resultado de un evento/partido, puede elegir dos pronósticos para el mismo evento/partido, dos pronósticos de tres posibles en una apuesta.
Por ejemplo, las opciones para fútbol serían:
Gana el equipo A o empate
Gana el equipo B o empate
Gana el equipo A o Gana el equipo B
Tipos de apuestas> Handicap de 3 selecciones
Con el handicap de 3 selecciones, a un equipo se le concede una ventaja de goles o puntos que se añadirá al resultado final.
Ejemplo:
Fútbol Angola (+1) contra Portugal (0):
Si el resultado real es 0-0, el resultado incluido el handicap sería de 1-0. De ese modo, habría ganado su pronóstico por Angola.
Si el resultado real es 0-1, el resultado incluido el handicap sería de 1-1, o sea empate.
Para que Portugal ganara, tendría que marcar 2 o más goles.
Tipos de apuestas> Handicap de 2 selecciones
El handicap de 3 selecciones garantiza a un equipo una cantidad de puntos que se añaden a su resultado final para determinar el resultado de la apuesta.
Ejemplo:
Detroit Tigers(0) vs. Tampa Bay Devil Rays (+1.5).
Si el resultado real es 1-0, el resultado de la apuesta sería 1-1.5. Tampa Bay Devil Rays serían los ganaderos.
Los Detroit Tigers tendrían que ganar por lo menos de 2 puntos para ganar esta apuesta.
Apuestas > Apuestas Types > Medio tiempo / Tiempo completo
Tipos de apuestas > Medio tiempo / Tiempo completo
La apuesta de Medio tiempo / Tiempo completo es una combinación de dos apuestas de 3 selecciones, una para cada mitad del partido. Se ha de pronosticar tanto el resultado en la media parte (Equipo A ganando, Equipo Bganando, o empate) y el resultado final (Gana equipo A, Gana equipo B, o empate).
En el ejemplo mostrado ajajo, tiene 9 opciones diferentes por las que apostar.
Si realiza su apuesta “Empate / USA ”, el resultado ha de ser empate en la media parte y USA ha de ser el vencedor del partido para que su apuesta sea exitosa.
Tipos de apuestas> Resultado correcto
La apuesta de resultado correcto está disponible por ejemplo para los partidos de fútbol. Con este tipo de apuestas, se ha de predecir correctamente el resultado correcto para los dos equipos participantes después del tiempo de juego regular. (Ejemplo: 1-1, 3-1 etc.).
Tipos de apuestas > Superior / Inferior
Este es un tipo de apuestas de 2 selecciones muy sencillo. Está obligado a apostar si el número de goles total conseguido será superior o inferior al resultado predeterminado
Para partidos de fútbol, se ofrecen normalmente las opciones‘superior a 2.5’ e ‘inferior a 2.5’. Si apuesta por ‘superior a 2.5’, ganará si se marcan más de 3 goles durante el partido. Ejemplo: Resultado: 2 - 1. Si apuesta por ‘superior a 2.5’, el total de goles marcados no podrá superar 2. (1 - 1).
Tipos de apuestas > Apuestas completas
Si tiene la seguridad de que un equipo o un jugador ganarán el evento o el torneo, puede realizar una apuesta completa.
Este tipo de apuesta se ofrece normalmente para eventos a largo plazo donde puede elegir al ganador final. Una apuesta completa típica sería: ¿Quién ganará el grupo H de la copa del Mundo 2006?
Tipos de apuestas > Apuestas en directo
Normalmente, se ha realizado una apuesta antes del inicio del evento. Sin emgargo, Winunited ofrece Apuestas en directo para eventos seleccionados.
La ventaja de las Apuestas en directo es que puede realizar sus apuestas mientras el partido está en juego, hasta el final del evento. A Visitor’s Itinerary
St John’s Co-Cathedral is a unique monument of international importance. It owes its rich history and artistic heritage to the fact that for over 200 years it was the conventual church of the Order of the Knights of St. John. The Grand Masters and Knights donated gifts of high artistic value and made enormous contributions to enrich it with only the best works of art by leading artists available to them. As a result it is a most glorious and magnificent artistic expression of the High Baroque era.
The Knights were noblemen from the most important families of Europe and they had a mission – that is to protect the Catholic faith and Europe from the attacks of the Ottoman Turks. After the attack known as the Great Siege in 1565 it seems that the Knights vowed to turn Malta into a fortress that befitted a military Order with a capital city worthy of so illustrious a group of
noblemen. Pride of place in the centre of the new city was reserved for their Church. The building was completed in 1578 and dedicated to St John the Baptist, the patron saint of the Order.
The plain façade flanked by two large bell towers is severe and has the character of a fortress reflecting the sober mood of the Order after the Great Siege. The interior which consists of a wide nave with a barrel vault and two aisles divided into side chapels was originally equally simple. However, in the seventeenth century Grand Master Cotoner ordered the redecoration of the interior. The dawn of the seventeenth century ushered in the new baroque style and its flamboyant and demonstrative character provided ample material. The Calabrian artist Mattia Preti, who was commissioned the work, transformed the interior into a celebration of Baroque art. It is the contrast between the simple and sober façade and the festive mood of the interior that makes St John’s a unique monument.
Preti was one of the most outstanding artists of the seicento. Starting with the vault, he depicted episodes from the life of St John the Baptist. With his perfect draughtsmanship and skilful use of colour, a masterpiece of illusionistic effects emerged. On designs prepared by Preti the plain walls of the nave and chapels were carved with elaborate motifs characteristic of baroque ornamentation transforming the walls into a riot of gilded foliage, flowers and angels.
The side chapels were designated to the eight langues, of the Order. Several contain some of the most impressive funerary monuments of the Grand Masters are works of art in their own right. Several of the altar pieces are also by Preti. Most worthy of note is the Chapel of Aragon with the monument of Grand Master Cotoner which is a declaration of his chivalry and military prowess.
The splendid inlaid marble inlaid floor of St John’s consists of a collection of tombstones. The imaginative use of symbols and heraldic devices makes this floor a unique treasure. Several reveal the individual stories of important Knights, their acts of chivalry, religious ardour and their desire to be remembered.
The sanctuary, which is the focal point of the Church, is adorned with a large sculptural group representing the Baptism of Christ by Giuseppe Mazzuoli, a leading sculptor of the High Baroque era, which displays a strong influence by the renowned sculptor Gian Lorenzo Bernini.
The Oratory was built as a place for private devotion. However, today its main attractions are the paintings by the renowned artist Michelangelo Merisi (1573-1610) known as Caravaggio. The altar piece, which depicts the Beheading of St John the Baptist, is the largest painting he produced and the only one known to be signed. It is exemplary of his harsh realism and chiaroscuro technique. The other work depicts St Jerome, a masterpiece in its own right.
The Museum is a treasure house in itself. It holds vast collections of sacred vestments in silk and profusely embroidered with gold and silver threads. It also holds a magnificent collection of Flemish tapestries woven on the cartoons of Peter Paul Rubens and Nicolas Poussin. Also part of the collection is the gilt bronze monstrance by Ciro Ferri, intended to hold the relic of the Baptist’s forearm, and an important collection of illuminated choral books and other objets d’art.

- Your dress should sufficiently cover your shoulders, chest and legs. Gentlemen are requested to remove their hats. Should your attire not meet our standards our Custodians will provide you with a shawl or a wrap. Please leave them behind in the basket at the exit.
- The inlaid marble floor is precious and delicate. Therefore ‘stiletto heels’ and narrow heeled shoes are not permitted. Slippers can be purchased at LM0.25 per pair at the cash point.
- Some of the art works are fragile. It is forbidden to touch or to photograph them with a flash attachment.
- The carved walls are very delicate and sensitive. Therefore be careful with your hand bags and backpacks, please carry them either in front of you or in your hand.

Un itinerario para el visitante
La Cocatedral de San Juan es un monumento único de relevancia internacional. Debe su rica herencia histórica y artística a que durante más de 200 años fue la iglesia conventual de la Orden militar del Hospital de San Juan de Jerusalén. Los Grandes Maestros y caballeros donaban obsequios de gran valor artístico y hacían espléndidas contribuciones para enriquecerla sólo con las mejores obras de arte realizadas por los mejores artistas para ellos. El resultado es la más gloriosa y magnífica expresión artística del Alto Barroco.
Los caballeros eran nobles de las familias más importantes de Europa y su misión era la de proteger la fe católica y Europa de los ataques de los turcos otomanos. Después del ataque conocido como el Gran Sitio de 1565 parece ser que los caballeros prometieron convertir Malta en una fortaleza que conviniera a una orden militar con una capital digna de un grupo de nobles tan ilustres. El lugar de honor en el centro de la nueva ciudad se reservó a su iglesia. El edificio fue finalizado en 1578 y fue dedicado a San Juan Bautista, patrón de de la Orden.
La fachada simple, flanqueada por dos enormes torres de campana, es austera y posee el carácter de una fortaleza reflejando el talante sobrio de la Orden después del Gran Sitio. El interior, que consiste en una amplia nave con bóveda cilíndrica interior y dos naves divididas en capillas lateras era igual de simple en su origen. Sin embargo, en el S. XVII el Gran Maestro Cotoner ordenó que se redecorase su interior. El principio del S. XVII vió el nacimiento del nuevo estilo barroco y su carácter vistoso y demostrativo aportó extenso material. El artista calibres Mattia Preti, que recibió el encargo de realizar el trabajo, transformó el interior en una celebración del arte Barroco. Lo que convierte a San Juan en un monumento único es el contraste entre lo simple y sobrio de su fachada y el aire alegre del interior.
Preti fue uno de los más destacados artistas del seicento. Empezando con la bóveda, representó episodios de la vida de San Juan Bautista. Con su perfecta habilidad delineante y genial utilización del color, hizo emerger una obra de arte de efecto ilusionista. En los diseños preparados por Preti las paredes planas de la nave y de las capillas se esculpieron con elaborados adornos característicos de la ornamentación barroca transformando las paredes en un alboroto de follaje dorado, flores y ángeles.
Las capillas laterales fueron diseñadas en las ocho langues, de la Orden. Unas cuantas albergan algunos de los monumentos funerarios más impresionantes de los Grandes Maestros y son obras de arte por derecho propio. Varias de las piezas del altar son también obra de Preti. La más notable es la Capilla de Aragón con el monumento del Gran Maestro Cotoner que es una declaración de su caballería y su proeza militar.
El espléndido mármol incrustado en el suelo de San Juan está formado por varias lápidas. El uso imaginativo de símbolos y representaciones heráldicas convierte a este suelo en un tesoro único. Algunos muestran las historias de caballeros importantes, actos de caballería, fervor religioso y su deseo por ser recordados.
El santuario, que es el corazón de la iglesia, está adornado con un gran grupo escultural que representa el Bautismo de Cristo por Giuseppe Mazzuoli, un destacado escultor del Alto Barroco, que muestra una alta influencia del renombrado escultor Gian Lorenzo Bernini.
El Oratorio fue construido como lugar para la devoción privada. La cocatedral de San Juan es una Casa de Dios y por tanto un lugar de culto. Durante su visita nos gustaría que respetara las siguientes normas:
- Su vestido debe cubrir suficientemente sus hombros, pecho y piernas. A los caballeros se les pide que se quiten los sombreros. Si su atuendo no cumple nuestros valores nuestros guardianes le facilitarán un chal o un manto. Hagan el favor de dejarlo en la cesta a su salida.
- El mármol incrustado del suelo es precioso y delicado. Por lo tanto, no están permitidos los ‘tacones de aguja’ y los zapatos de tacones estrechos. Se pueden comprar zapatillas a LM0.25 el par en el cajero automático.

Präambel
SPE hat auf Grund eines nicht-exklusiven Lizenz- und Wartungsvertrages das Recht, Unterlizenzverträge auf Computerprogramme des Herstellers GAMMA Enterprise Technologies Inc., 21700 Oxnard Street, Woodland Hills, CA 91367, USA (im Folgenden „GAMMA“), hier das Produkt InfoShuttle, zu erteilen. Sämtliche Rechte an den Programmen stehen der GAMMA zu.
SPE ist lediglich Inhaber einer Lizenz, weder Autor, Entwickler noch Eigentümer der Lizenzierten Programme.
Dieser Unterlizenzvertrag (nachfolgend auch „der Vertrag“) wird erst wirksam, wenn die ausdrückliche schriftliche Zustimmung von GAMMA dazu vorliegt. Die SPE GmbH wird den Lizenznehmer umgehend vom Eingang dieser Zustimmung schriftlich in Kenntnis setzen.
SPE hat auf Grund eines exklusiven Lizenzvertrages das Recht die Lizenzierten Programme um die Funktionalität auf die Datenobjekte von SAP IS-U zu erweitern und im Gebiet der Europäischen Union zu vertreiben.
Die Gewährung der InfoShuttle-Unterlizenz und der Lizenz an den Erweiterungen erfolgen einheitlich und gemeinsam.
1. Begriffsbestimmungen
1.1. CPU
CPU bedeutet zentrale Prozessoreinheit des Computers, auf dem die Lizenzierten Programme installiert werden

1.2. Lizenzierte Programme
Lizenzierte Programme bedeutet das der GAMMA zustehende Produkt InfoShuttle und beinhalten jede Form von Datenträger, auf denen sich die genannten Computerprogramme befinden, sowie sämtliche Benutzerdokumentationen und alle Kopien von solchen Programmen. Der Lizenznehmer hat keinen Anspruch auf Überlassung des Quellcodes.
1.3. Erweiterungen
Erweiterungen bedeutet die Erweiterung der Funktionalität der lizenzierten Programme auf die Datenobjekte von SAP IS-U. Sämtliche Rechte an den Erweiterungen stehen SPE zu.
2. Nutzung
Der Lizenznehmer ist berechtigt, eine einzige Kopie der Lizenzierten Programme und der Erweiterungen ausschließlich auf der oben genannten CPU zu installieren und für seine eigenen internen Zwecke an dem in diesem Vertrag festgelegten Ort zu verwenden. Insoweit erteilt der Lizenzgeber dem Lizenznehmer eine nicht übertragbare Unterlizenz hinsichtlich der Lizenzierten Programme und eine nicht exklusive und nicht übertragbare Lizenz hinsichtlich der Erweiterungen.
Der Lizenznehmer darf keinem Dritten die Nutzung der Lizenzierten Programme und der Erweiterungen oder von Teilen gestatten.
Der Lizenznehmer darf Sicherungskopien von jedem der von ihm ladbaren Lizenzierten Programme und der Erweiterungen sowie von jedem Update oder jeder Überarbeitung der Lizenzierten Programme erstellen.
Diese Sicherungskopien dürfen ausschließlich zu Archivierungszwecken verwendet werden.
Sämtliche Geheimhaltungsvermerke, Urheber- und Eigentumshinweise gelten
für die zulässigen Kopien und Sicherungskopien.
Weitergehende Rechte stehen dem Lizenznehmer nicht zu.
Der Lizenznehmer verpflichtet sich, weder die Lizenzierten Programme noch die Erweiterungen noch Teile hiervon anderweitig zu kopieren, zu übersetzen, zu modifizieren, anzupassen oder sonst zu verändern oder zurückzuentwickeln (Reverse Engineering), zu dekompilieren oder zu disassemblieren.
Der Lizenznehmer ist nicht berechtigt, Rechte aus diesem Vertrag, insbesondere an den Lizenzierten Programmen an Dritte zu übertragen, das lizenzierte Programm zu vermieten, zu verleasen oder zu verleihen, Nutzungen zu gestatten oder Sublizenzen zu erteilen.
3. Eigentums- und gewerbliche Schutzrechte
Alle Rechte und geistigen Eigentumsrechte an den Lizenzierten Programmen (einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf Urheberrechte, Marken, Handelsnamen, Handelsgeheimnisse, Know-How), den gedruckten Begleitmaterialien, jeder Kopie der Lizenzierten Programme und andere Eigentumsrechte im Zusammenhang mit den Lizenzierten Programmen, und alle Inhalte im Zusammenhang mit den Lizenzierten Programmen, auf die mit Hilfe der Lizenzierten Programme zugegriffen werden kann, sind und bleiben das ausschließliche Eigentum von GAMMA, unabhängig davon, ob sie nach dem Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland oder anderer relevanter Rechtsordnungen registriert sind oder registriert werden können oder nicht.
Der Lizenznehmer wird GAMMAs Rechte in keiner Weise beeinträchtigen oder in irgendein Recht im Bezug auf die Lizenzierten Programme eingreifen, ausgenommen die in diesem Vertrag ausdrücklich zugestandenen Rechte des Lizenznehmers. GAMMA erhält alle Rechte an Kopien, Übersetzungen, Überarbeitungen, Anpassungen oder Ableitungen der Lizenzierten Programme, soweit es sich nicht um die in diesem Vertrag geregelten beschränkten Nutzungsrechte handelt. Der Lizenznehmer wird alle diese Rechte mit deren Entstehen an GAMMA übertragen oder, soweit das nicht möglich ist, GAMMA das ausschließliche unbeschränkte Nutzungsrecht einräumen.
4. Geheimhaltung
Der Lizenznehmer erkennt an, dass die Lizenzierten Programme als ganzes ein Betriebsgeheimnis sind und vertrauliche Informationen, die von GAMMA entwickelt worden sind, enthalten. Der Lizenznehmer erkennt ferner an, dass die Erweiterungen als ganzes ein Betriebsgeheimnis sind und vertrauliche Informationen, die von SPE und anderen entwickelt worden sind, enthalten. Der Lizenznehmer wird sämtliche Sicherheitsvorkehrungen treffen, um die Geheimhaltung der Lizenzierten Programme und der Erweiterungen weiterhin sicherzustellen.
Der Lizenznehmer verpflichtet sich, Geheimhaltungsvermerke, die sich in Teilen der Lizenzierten Programme und der Erweiterungen befinden, nicht zu entfernen.
Diese Geheimhaltungsverpflichtung dauert über die Beendigung des Vertrages an, gleich aus welchem Grunde der Vertrag beendet worden ist.
Die Geheimhaltungsverpflichtungen bestehen hinsichtlich der Lizenzierten Programme auch gegenüber GAMMA und GAMMA kann in eigenem Namen den Geheimhaltungsanspruch geltend machen und sich daraus ergebende Schadenersatzansprüche in eigenem Namen geltend machen kann (echter Vertrag zugunsten Dritter, § 328 BGB).
5. Lizenzzeit und Kündigung
Der Wartungsvertrag tritt mit Unterzeichnung in Kraft.
Er hat zunächst eine Laufzeit bis zum 31.12.2007 und verlängert sich danach jeweils um ein weiteres Jahr, wenn nicht eine der Parteien den Vertrag mit sechs Wochen Kündigungsfrist zum Ende der Laufzeit schriftlich kündigt.
Beiden Parteien bleibt das Recht zur außerordentlichen Kündigung. Der Lizenzgeber kann den Vertrag insbesondere außerordentlich kündigen, wenn der Lizenznehmer mit seinen Zahlungspflichten (insbesondere der Zahlung der Lizenzgebühren) in Verzug gerät, wenn über das Vermögen des Lizenznehmers das Insolvenzverfahren beantragt oder eröffnet worden ist, der Lizenznehmer zahlungsunfähig ist oder zu werden droht oder überschuldet ist oder wenn er seinen sonstigen wesentlichen Verpflichtungen aus diesem Vertrag nicht bei Fälligkeit nachkommt oder – wenn eine Nachholung möglich ist – nicht binnen einer angemessenen vom Lizenzgeber gesetzten Frist nachgeholt hat.
Auch nach Beendigung dieses Vertrages gelten die Bestimmungen über die Vertraulichkeit und die gewerblichen Schutzrechte von GAMMA und SPE fort.

SPE, con motivo de una licencia y acuerdo de mantenimiento no exclusivo, tiene el derecho de conferir un acuerdo de licencia a terceros sobre el programa de ordenador del fabricante GAMMA Enterprise Technologies Inc., 21700 Oxnard Street, Woodland Hills, CA 91367, USA (a partir de ahora „GAMMA“), el producto InfoShuttle. GAMMA tiene todos los derechos sobre el programa .
SPE es únicamente el poseedor de una licencia, ni es el autor, ni es el desarrollador ni el propietario del programa licenciado.
Este acuerdo de licencia de terceros (a partir de ahora también llamado „el Acuerdo“) será sólo válido, cuando exista el consentimiento en firme por escrito por parte de GAMMA. La SPE GmbH pondrá en conocimiento por escrito al Licenciatario inmediatamente desde el inicio de ese asentimiento.
SPE tiene con motivo de un acuerdo de licencia exclusiva el derecho a ampliar la funcionalidad de los objetos de datos SAP IS-U del programa licenciado y distribuirlo en el territorio de la Unión Europea.
La concesión de la licencia a terceros de InfoShuttle y la licencia de las ampliaciones se realiza integrada y conjuntamente..
1. Definiciones
1.1. CPU
CPU quiere decir Unidad Central de Procesamiento del ordenador donde se instalará el programa licenciado

1.2. Programa licenciado
Programa licenciado quiere decir que el producto InfoShuttle corresponde a GAMMA e incluye todas las formas de soporte de datos, que se encuentran en el citado programa de ordenador, así como la documentación del usuario y todas las copias de tal programa. El licenciatario no tiene ningún derecho sobre la cesión de los códigos fuente.
1.3. Ampliaciones
Ampliaciones quiere decir las actualizaciones de las funcionalidades del programa licenciado en cuanto a los objetos de datos de SAP IS-U. Todos los derechos de las ampliaciones corresponden a SPE.
2. Utilización
El Licenciatario tiene derecho a instalar una única copia del programa licenciado y sus ampliaciones exclusivamente en la CPU citada anteriormente y para su uso propio interno en el lugar fijado en este contrato. En tanto que el cedente da al licenciatario una licencia a terceros no traspasable respecto al programa licenciado y una licencia no exclusiva y no traspasable respecto a las ampliaciones.
El licenciatario no debe permitir que ningún tercero utilice el programa licenciado y las ampliaciones o por partes.
El licenciatario debe realizar una copia de seguridad de cada uno de los programas licenciados cargados por él y las ampliaciones así como de cada actualización o de cada revisión del programa licenciado.
Estas copias de seguridad deben únicamente utilizarse para su archivo.
Todos los vistos buenos, Urheber- und Eigentumshinweise son válidos para las copias permitidas y las copias de seguridad.
Los derechos ulteriores no incumben al Licenciatario.
El Licenciatario está obligado a, no copiar, ni traducir, ni modificar, ni adaptar o de lo contrario alterar o retrogradar (ingeniería inversa), ni decompilar o desensamblar el programa licenciado ni las ampliaciones ni de otra manera partes de él.
El Licenciatario no está autorizado, a traspasar derechos de este contrato, en particular del programa licenciado a una tercera parte, ni a a alquilarlo, ni dejarlo o prestarlo, ni permitir su explotación o conceder licencias.
3. Derechos registrados y propiedad industrial
Todos los derechos y derechos de propiedad intelectual del programa licenciado (incluido, pero no limitado a derechos de autor, marcas, nombre comercial, impedimentos al comercio, conocimientos técnicos), el material Begleitmaterialien impreso, cada copia del programa licenciado y otros derechos de propiedad en relación con el programa licenciado, y todos los contenidos en relación con los programas licenciados, que se puede acceder con su ayuda, son y permanecen propiedad exclusiva de GAMMA, sin depender si está registrado según el derecho de la República Federal Alemana u otro decreto judicial o pueda estarlo o no.
El Licenciatario no afectará al derecho de GAMMA de ningún modo en referencia al Programa licenciado, a no ser que conste en los derechos del Licenciatario impresos en este contrato. El Licenciatario transmitirá todos estos derechos con sus repercusiones a GAMMA o, si eso no es posible, GAMMA cederá derechos de uso exclusivos ilimitados.
4. Confidencialidad
El Licenciatario reconoce, que el programa licenciado incluye como un todo, secretos industriales e información confidencial, desarrollada por GAMMA. El Licenciatario reconoce además, que las ampliaciones como un todo, secretos industriales e información confidencial, desarrollada por SPE y otros. El Licenciatario cumplirá todas las medidas de seguridad, para asegurarse en el futuro la confidencialidad del programa licenciado y de las ampliaciones.
El Licenciatario está obligado a no eliminar, observaciones de confidencialidad, que sean parte del programa licenciado y de las ampliaciones.
Estos compromisos de confidencialidad continuara despues de la finalizacion del contrato, sin importar cual sea el motivo de la finalización del contrato.
El compromiso de confidencialidad hace referencia al programa licenciado también frente a GAMMA y GAMMA puede hacerlo válido en nombre de la demanda de la confidencialidad y por eso hacer válidas las demandas de indemnización en su propio nombre (contrato verdadero en favor de terceros, § 328 BGB).
5. Tiempo de la licencia y renuncia
El acuerdo de mantenimiento se hace efectivo con la firma.
En primer lugar, tiene un tiempo de ejecución hasta el 31.12.2007 y se prolonga despúes en un año, si ninguna de las partes manda una notificación por escrito de la renuncia del contrato con seis semanas de antelación.
Ambas partes tienen derecho a una renuncia extraordinaria. El cendente de la licencia puede renunciar extraordinariamente al contrato, si el Licenciatario se demora en sus obligaciones de pago (en particular el pago de los costes de la licencia), si el Licenciatario se declara en bancarrota o insolvente, recibe amenazas o está muy endeudado o si no observa otras obligaciones esenciales al vencimiento de este contrato o si es posible la recuperación, no recibe un plazo razonable por parte del cedente.
También a la finalización de este contrato continúan siendo válidas las cláusulas sobre confidencialidad y los derechos de protección industrial de GAMMA y SPE.
