Source text - English NOW IT IS HEREBY AGREED as follows:
1. As an inducement for the Creditor, from time to time to extend credit to ______________________ (the “Customer”), it is hereby agreed that the Guarantor does hereby guarantee to the Creditor the prompt, punctual and full payment of all monies now or hereinafter due to the Creditor from the Customer.
2. Until termination, this guarantee is unlimited as to amount or duration and shall remain in full force and effect notwithstanding any extension, compromise, adjustment, forbearance, waiver, release or discharge of any party or guarantor, or release in whole or in part of any security granted for the said indebtedness or compromise or adjustment thereto, and the Guarantor waives all notices thereto.
3. The obligations of the Guarantor shall at the election of the Creditor be primary and not necessarily secondary, and the Creditor shall not be required to exhaust its remedies as against the Customer prior to enforcing its rights under this guarantee against the Guarantor.
4. The guarantee hereunder shall be unconditional and absolute, and the Guarantor waives all rights of subrogation and set-off until all sums due under this guarantee are fully paid.
6. This guarantee may be terminated by the Guarantor upon fourteen (14)-day written notice of termination being delivered to the Creditor. Such termination shall extend only to credit extended by the Creditor after the expiry of the said fourteen (14)-day period and not to prior extended credit, or goods in transit received by the Customer after the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
7. The Guarantor warrants and represents it has full authority to enter into this guarantee.
8. This guarantee shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors and assigns.
Translation - Italian CON IL PRESENTE ACCORDO SI CONVIENE quanto segue:
1. Quale incentivo per il Creditore, al fine di prorogare di volta in volta il credito a ______________________ (il “Cliente”), in questa sede si conviene che il Fideiussore garantisca con il presente atto l'immediato, integrale e puntuale pagamento di tutte le somme attualmente o di seguito dovute dal Cliente al Creditore.
2. 4. La garanzia oggetto del presente atto è da considerarsi incondizionata ed irrevocabile, e il Fideiussore rinuncia a tutti i diritti di surrogazione e di compensazione fino alla completa estinzione di tutte le somme dovute ai sensi della presente fideiussione.
6. Tale garanzia potrà essere estinta dal Fideiussore dietro preavviso scritto di quattordici (14) giorni consegnato al Creditore. Una tale estinzione si estenderà solo al credito prorogato dal Creditore successivamente alla scadenza del citato periodo di quattordici (14) giorni e non al credito precedentemente prorogato, o alla merce viaggiante ricevuta dal Cliente dopo la scadenza del citato periodo di quattordici giorni.
7. Il Fideiussore dichiara di avere piena autorità per stipulare la presente fideiussione.

PREMESSO
Con preliminare di compravendita dell’xxxxxx , la esponente otteneva il possesso dell’immobile sito in xxxxxx – xxxxxx , Via xxxxxx, xx (ex Via xxxxxx ) confinante a nord e ad ovest con eredi di xxxxxx e xxxxxx , in Catasto N.C.E.U. partita xxxxxx fl.xx part.xxx del Comune di xxxxxx.

Contiguo al predetto immobile era situato un vano garage di metri quadrati xxxxxx , con terreno pertinenziale di are xxxxxx e centiare xxxxxx , di cui la esponente successivamente, oltre che posseditrice dell’intero diventava comproprietaria per successione del padre sig. xxxxxx; nel mentre le restanti quote si appartenevano ai signori xxxxxx, xxxxxx, xxxxxx, xxxxxx sposata xxxxxx; xxxxxx, xxxxxx, xxxxxx, xxxxxx, oggi ai loro eredi, essendo i predetti tutti deceduti.

WHEREAS

I am a freelance translator and EFL teacher.
I love both jobs because they involve different aspects of the spoken and written language. Later on, I approached translation and I realised that this was another means to shorten distances between cultures.
After some translation experiences in different fields with local clients, I decided to specialize in the legal field. Legal subjects have always attracted me, so I decided to enrol on a training course in legal translation English <> Italian, which turned out to be an extraordinary and rewarding experience both from a professional and educational point of view.
Today I can merge two apparently different jobs and be glad whenever I feel I have contributed by bringing people of various cultures closer together.
