Source text - English SANCTION
In case of delay in delivery of the goods against the delivery time stipulated in this Contract the Seller is to pay a penalty at the rate of 1% of the value of the goods non-delivered in time per every week. However, the total amount of penalty for delay in delivery should not exceed 10% of value of the goods non-delivered in time.
Seller will reimburse losses incured by Buyer in total amount as well, in case of penalty apply to Buyer in case of delivery

non-reimbursement of payment to Buyer within 90 days.
In case non-payment, delay in payment for the goods regarding the terms pointed in the contract , the Buyer shall pay a penalty at the rate of 1% of the unpaid goods value for each week of the delay. However, the total penalty amount cannot exceed 10% from the unpaid goods value.

English to Russian: Technical translation sample
Source text - English A key part of optimising the crude and vacuum distillation unit is the ability to calculate the performance and the conditions at every point in the towers. Using the data provided by the refinery test run and the design data UOPSL will carry out these performance calculations using a Hysys simulation model of the crude and vacuum unit developed specifically for these units. The objectives of this work are to:
• Benchmark the simulation and tray efficiencies against the current operation of the unit, by reconciling the heat and material balance data.
• Use the benchmarked simulation as a platform to optimise the column based on product margin and energy costs.
• Generate a preliminary list of no cost, and low cost small capital projects to improve yield and energy performance of the distillation columns.
• Outcome of the Hysys simulation model will be used during the training workshop to share identified improvements
Translation - Russian Основным фактором успешной оптимизации установки атмосферной и вакуумной дистилляции является способность выполнить расчеты рабочих характеристик и параметров в каждой точке колонн. Используя данные, полученные в ходе контрольного пробега нефтезавода, а также проектные данные, ЮОПСЛ выполнит расчеты рабочих характеристик с помощью имитационной модели Hysys, разработанной специально для установок атмосферной и вакуумной дистилляции. На данном этапе предусмотрены следующие работы:
• Анализ производительности тарелок, полученный в результате моделирования по сравнению и текущими параметрами установок путем сведения теплового и материального баланса.
• Использование данных сравнительного анализа в качестве основы для оптимизации колонны с учетом рентабельности продукции и энергозатрат.
• Подготовка предварительного перечня мероприятий (проектов) без затрат либо с низкими затратами, направленных на улучшение показателей выхода и энергопотребления колонн дистилляции.
• Результаты имитационного моделирования Hysys будут использованы во время семинара по обучению для обсуждения выявленных усовершенствований.
