Hi, my name is Noortje, I am a freelance linguist with over 20 years of experience specializing in English and Italian to Dutch translation. Originally from the Netherlands, I hold an Italian Language and Literature degree focusing on translation. Since relocating to Italy in 2002, I’ve worked with clients across the outdoor fashion, tourism, and marketing sectors. My expertise includes technical translation, transcreation, and website localisation, helping global brands communicate effectively with Dutch-speaking audiences. For the near future I'd like to expand my areas of expertise and dive into the games industry, despite having very little experience in it yet, I'm not afraid of new technology or of learning new things.
