I am a Marissa Bernardo, 25 years old, and a resident of Milan for almost two years now. My country of origin is the Philippines. Before coming to Italy, I worked as a flight attendant/stewardess in Asia. I possess highly effective communication skills developed in my years of training as a flight hostess, hotel front personnel, etc.

It is in Milano that I started to take advantage of my language skills, hand-in-hand with my people skills. My forte is English as it has practically been my mother language since I started attending school when I was young (in Manila). In university, I wrote for school papers, edited articles (both news and literary), did public speaking (for which I received a number of awards), taught Grammar to children and adults alike (Filipinos and Asian counterparts), etc. All in English.
