Translation - English Epicrisis: Patient, aged 71 years, with a history of hypertension and diabetes type II (under Oral Antidiabetic Treatment) is admitted via Emergency Department, accusing a pericardial nocturnal pain that woke her up from sleep, causing neck bottom radiating pain to the left scapula blade and shoulder, accompanied by dyspnea, crisis that is prolonged by rest (4 hours) and doesn't calm down, in spite of sublingual nitroglycerin administration (3 and 1 / 2 caps).
Patient describes a similar pain a week previous to admission.
Admission Purpose: overweight patient, normal dorsal decubitus lung tolerance;
Cardiovascular system: Blood Pressure (BP) = 140/80mmHG, regulated Blood Pulse=72/min , with systolic murmur in aortic area irradiating to precordial region, visible peripheral arteries pulse, otherwise normal limits as per clinical examination;
Biology: normal complete blood count (CBC) , hyperglycaemia (with jeun), hypertriglyceridemia without increased level of enzymes in myocardium cytolysis;
Electrocardiogram (EKG): sinusoidal cardiac rithm, normal axis, without changes to terminal phase;

With iWay Set, the Print Provider determines which elements and characteristics are available to the Print Buyer, such as binding styles, page sizes, materials, etc. iWay Set also allows the standardization of the entire Job according to page size of the leading page or cover.
iWay Set provides the Print Buyer with a simulated view of the entire Job, with all its various elements. The Set Preview allows the Print Buyer operator to flip through and review the Job during the creation process, functioning as a tool for avoiding design flaws and mistakes.
iWay Set automatically calculates the physical thickness of the Job, comparing the Job’s thickness to the size and type of selected binding. When Job thickness is no longer compatible to binding, the Print Buyer operator is notified and is advised to carry out modifications.
