I've been working with languages since 1988, encompassing 20 years of corporate experience across the UK, Switzerland, Germany, Spain and Italy, and five years as a freelance translator. I specialise in marketing copy and the language of luxury, with particular expertise in tourism, wellness and pet care. I partner with agencies and businesses who are committed to excellence and dedicated to maintaining that essential human touch in their content and collaborations.

Other than translation, I offer transcription, revision and proofreading services, subtitling and English copy and content writing.

I am a lifelong language learner, currently aspiring to add German to my working languages, and starting to decipher the complexities of Russian. My commitment to continuous professional development includes membership of the Chartered Institute of Linguists, the Institute of Translation and Interpreting and SUBTLE, as well as participation in regular webinars, workshops and activities to improve and add to my translation and linguistic skills.

My interests are alternative health therapies, functional medicine, nutrition, fitness, yoga and meditation.
