Source text - German Dieses Dokument ist der dokumentierte Sicherheitsnachweis der XXXXXXXXXX.
Es beinhaltet die Sicherheitsrelevanz bzw. Signifikanzbewertung der Änderungen entsprechend der CSM- VO, Artikel 4, Absatz 1 [N01] der Änderungen zur Variante XXXXXXXX [R02] (siehe Tabellenblatt "Technische Änderungen").
Der Sicherheitsnachweis der XXXXXXXX basiert auf dem Sicherheitsnachweis des zugelassenen Referenzsystems XXXXXXX [R08], der durch dieses Dokument ergänzt wird.
Die Systemdefinition der Variante XXXXXXXXX ist dem Vehicle Release Concept [R01] zu entnehmen.
Die Änderungen vom zugelassenen Typ XXXXXXXXX zur Variante XXXXXXXXX wurden gemäß CSM- VO [N01], Artikel 4, Absatz 1, auf Sicherheitsrelevanz und Signifikanz, gemeinsam in einem Expertenteam (VDG) [N07], bewertet und werden durch die Signaturen auf Seite 2 dieses Dokuments bestätigt.
Die Änderungen sind zum einen, Erweiterungen des Einsatzgebietes, wie die Fährfähigkeit, das Befahren von ETCS-Strecken, das Fahren in grenznahe xxxxxxx Bahnhöfe.
Zum anderen handelt es sich um Bug fix seitens des Systemherstellers Alstom und seitens des Fahrzeugherstellers XX, sowie um Verbesserungen zur Erhöhung der Verfügbarkeit und Zuverlässigkeit der Lokomotive.
Eine Sicherheitsrelevanz bzw. Signifikanz wurde bei der Bewertung der Änderungen entsprechend der CSM- VO, Artikel 4, Absatz 1 (siehe Tabellenblatt "Technische Änderungen") nicht festgestellt.
Die Änderungen vom Typ XXXXXXXXX zur Variante XXXXXXX haben keinen Einfluss auf das Sicherheitniveau.
Der Sicherheitsnachweis gründet auf den folgenden Aktivitäten und Dokumenten:
a) Die vom Systemhersteller XXXXX durchgeführte Änderungsauswirkungsanalyse (Impact Analysis) des aktualisierten On-board System (STB) [R05] identifiziert keine zusätzlichen Auswirkungen der Änderungen auf die Funktionalität der Lokomotive.
b) Diese Rückwirkungsfreiheit bestätigt der durchgeführte und ausgewertete "ON-SITE ESC TEST".
Der Testbericht [R06] bestätigt das positive Ergebnis aller Testfälle ohne jegliche Anomalie im Zusammenhang mit der fahrzeugseitigen/infrastrukturseitigen Integration auf der Hochgeschwindigkeitstrecke Florenz-Rom.
Es wurde kein Einfluss der Änderungen auf die Sicherheitsfunktionen der Lokomotive festgestellt.
c) XXXXXX liefert den spezifischen Safety Case [R11].
Dieser belegt, das das fahrzeugseitige technische Teilsystem (STB 2.1.2.B10), das auf der Lokomotive XXX installiert ist, den Sicherheitsanforderungen für die Abnahme und Zulassung nach der CENELEC-Norm EN50129 entspricht.
Der Safety Case [R11] enthält eine im Projekt XXXXXXXXX hinzugefügte, sicherheitsgerichtete Anwendungsbedingung:
XXXXXXXXXX „For the upgrade to BL 2.1.2.B10 of vehicles already equipped with STB BL 2.1.B8 the Upgrade Procedure A-0000266496 rev.E shall be applied, verifying its correct application.

Der SRAC wird durch den Systemlieferanten XXXXX als zuständiger Ausrüster der neuen Software selbst abgedeckt.
Die Nachweise der korrekten Anwendung des Upgrade-Verfahrens sind im Betriebsbuch der Lokomotive aufzunehmen.
d) ITALCERTIFER wurde in der Rolle des ISA von XXXXXX als Systemlieferanten beauftragt und liefert in seinem ISA Bericht [R12] eine positive, unabhängige Sicherheitsbewertung in Bezug auf die spezifische Anwendungsversion STB 2.1.2.B10 für den Fahrzeugtyp XXXX.
Das Eingangsdokument der unabhängigen Sicherheitsbewertung ist der vom Systemhersteller XXXXXX verfasste spezifische Safety Case [R11].
Die in dem spezifischen Safety Case [R11] benannten Restriktionen und Sicherheitsgerichteten Anwendungsbedingungen waren bereits Gegenstand der zugelassenen Variante XXXXXX und sind bereits im Prozess der XXXXXXXX eingeflossen.
Der Bericht von ITALCERTIFER [R12] benennt in §9.2 die folgende Nutzungsbedingung, die auf der Einhaltung der, laut "TSI ZZS, Annex 5, ESC Principles" geforderten Verfahren des Nachweises der ETCS System Compatibility (ESC) beruht :

Esso riporta la rilevanza ai fini della sicurezza e la valutazione di significatività delle modifiche, come da regolamento CSM, articolo 4, paragrafo 1 [N01], delle modifiche della variante XXXXXXXX [R02] (vedi foglio della tabella "Modifiche tecniche").
L'istruttoria di sicurezza della XXXXXXX si basa su quella del sistema di riferimento omologato XXXXXXXXXX [R08], integrata dal presente documento.
La definizione di sistema della variante XXXXXXXX è riportata nel Vehicle Release Concept [R01].
Le modifiche del tipo omologato XXXXXXX che hanno dato luogo alla variante XXXXXXXX sono state valutate, sulla scorta di quanto disposto nel regolamento CSM [N01], articolo 4, paragrafo 1, da un organo di sicurezza (VDG) [N07] per verificarne la rilevanza ai fini della sicurezza e la significatività, e sono confermate dalle firme riportate a pagina 2 del presente documento.
Dette modifiche riguardano l'estensione del campo di applicazione, quali l'idoneità al traghettamento, il transito su tratte ETCS, il transito in stazioni prossime alla frontiera con la XXXXXX, da un lato,
mentre dall'altro lato si tratta di bug fix del produttore di sistemi XXXXX e del costruttore del veicolo XX, oltre che di migliorie atte a incrementare la disponibilità e l'affidabilità della locomotiva.
La valutazione delle modifiche, in conformità al regolamento CSM, articolo 4, paragrafo 1 (vedi foglio della tabella "modifiche tecniche"), non ha riscontrato una rilevanza ai fini della sicurezza o una significatività.
Le modifiche del tipo omologato XXXXXXXXX che hanno dato luogo alla variante XXXXXXXXXX non hanno influenza alcuna sul piano della sicurezza.
L'istruttoria di sicurezza si basa sulle attività e sui documenti riportati a seguire:
a) l'analisi di impatto delle modifiche del sistema di bordo aggiornato (STB) [R05] eseguita dal produttore di sistemi XXXXX non identifica ulteriori ripercussioni delle modifiche sulla funzionalità della locomotiva.
b) l'assenza di ripercussioni è confermata dall'esecuzione e valutazione del "TEST ESC ON-SITE".
Il verbale di prova [R06] conferma il risultato positivo di tutti i casi di test, senza alcuna anomalia, per quanto riguarda l'integrazione nella tratta AV Firenze-Roma, sia dal punto di vista del veicolo che dell'infrastruttura.
Non è stata riscontrata alcuna influenza esercitata dalle modifiche sulle funzioni di sicurezza della locomotiva.
c) XXXXXX fornisce lo specifico safety case [R11].
Questo attesta che il sottosistema di bordo (STB 2.1.2.B10) installato sulla locomotiva XXXX risponde ai requisiti di sicurezza per l'accettazione e l'omologazione in conformità alla norma CENELEC EN 50129.
Il safety case [R11] contiene una condizione di esercizio correlata alla sicurezza aggiunta al progetto XXXXXXXXX:
XXXXXXXXX "For the upgrade to BL 2.1.2.B10 of vehicles already equipped with STB BL 2.1.B8 the upgrade procedure A-0000266496 rev.E shall be applied, verifying its correct application.

La SRAC viene assolta dallo stesso fornitore di sistema XXXXX nella veste di soggetto competente per la consegna del nuovo software.
Le dimostrazioni della corretta applicazione del processo di aggiornamento devono essere integrate nel manuale operativo della locomotiva.
d) XXXXXX, in qualità di fornitore di sistema, assegna a ITALCERTIFER il ruolo di incaricato indipendente della valutazione della sicurezza (ISA). Nella sua relazione ISA [R12] ITALCERTIFER fornisce una valutazione della sicurezza positiva e indipendente per quanto riguarda la specifica versione applicativa STB 2.1.2.B10 per il tipo di veicolo XXXXXX.
Il documento preliminare della valutazione indipendente della sicurezza è rappresentato dallo specifico safety case redatto dal fornitore di sistema XXXXXX [R11].
Le restrizioni e le condizioni di esercizio correlate con la sicurezza menzionate nello specifico safety case [R11] erano già oggetto della variante omologata XXXXXXXXX e sono già confluite nel processo della XXXXXXXXXX.
La relazione di ITALCERTIFER [R12] menziona, nel paragrafo 9.2, la seguente condizione di utilizzo, basata sul rispetto dei processi richiesti dalle "STI CCS allegato 5, principi ESC" di dimostrazione della ETCS System Compatibility (ESC):

II attended the SSIT (Scuola Superiore Interpreti e Traduttori) interpreting school in Florence and since 1986 I have a degree in translation and interpreting for German and English in a technical field. I also have an additional degree in legal translation from the University of Genoa. I acquired extensive technical expertise during my twelve years working for a world-renowned German company in the field of "technology and electronics", as well as during my subsequent collaboration with an Italian manufacturer of printed circuit boards. Thanks to the variety of my tasks, I was able to gain a great deal of experience in the field of translations and negotiation interpreting. In 1989, parallel to my work for the German group, I started working as a freelance translator first for the University of Florence and then for the Translation Service of the European Commission, in both cases in the medical field. Since then I have been working with selected foreign translation agencies as well as direct clients in Germany and Italy. In order to be able to translate competently even on very specialised subjects, I have built up an extensive active network of consultants. Since November 2005, I have been working as a freelance translator with my own individual company (Tekniglossa => www.tekniglossa.eu). I am a member of the Italian Association of Interpreters and Translators (AITI), the German Federal Association of Interpreters and Translators (BDÜ), the Italian Association for Non-destructive Testing (AIPnD), the VDI (Association of German Engineers) and a sworn translator of the Arezzo Regional Court and an expert of the Arezzo-Siena Chamber of Commerce.
I am among the first technical translators in Italy to obtain UNI 11591:2015 certification in 2019 after passing the exam (now updated to 11591:2022).
I use the most well-known CAT tools (Trados Studio 2022, Transit XV and NXT, Across 7.0, MemoQ), can use DPT programs (Adobe InDesign CC).
