Source text - English Indemnified Person means any Director, officer or member of a committee duly constituted under these Articles of Association and any liquidator, manager or trustee for the time being acting in relation to the affairs of the Company, and his heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives or successors or assigns. Expenses incurred in defending any civil or criminal action or proceeding for which indemnification is required pursuant to these Articles of Association shall be paid by the Company in advance of the final disposition of such action or proceeding upon receipt of an undertaking by or on behalf of the Indemnified Person to repay such amount if it shall ultimately be determined that the Indemnified Person is not entitled to be indemnified pursuant to these Articles of Association.

Source text - English Corticosteroids influence electrolyte and water balance, functions of cardio-vascular system, kidney, skeletal muscle, nervous system, and other organs and tissues. Corticosteroids endow organism with capacity to resist many types of noxious stimuli and environmental change. Glucocorticoids induce suppression of immune response mechanism, impairment of glucose tolerance, and euphoria, habituation, and unmasking of latent psychiatric disorders. Prolonged therapy with corticosteroids may result in suppression of pituitary-adrenal function that can be slow in returning to normal.
Principal complications resulting from prolonged therapy are fluid and electrolyte disturbances; hyperglycemia and glycosuria; increased susceptibility to infections, including tuberculosis; peptic ulcers, which may bleed or perforate; osteoporosis; characteristic myopathy; behavioral disturbances. Posterior subcapsular cataracts, Сushing's habitus, consisting of "moon face", "buffalo hump," supraclavicular fat pads, "central obesity," hirsutism may occur. Injections may cause local fat necrosis.
Characteristic corticosteroid withdrawal syndrome, consisting in fever, myalgia, arthralgia, and malaise, which may be extremely difficult to distinguish from "reactivation" of rheumatoid arthritis or rheumatic fever. Pseudotumor cerebri with papilledema is rare reaction that follows withdrawal. Acute adrenal insufficiency results from too rapid withdrawal of corticosteroid therapy.

Длительное лечение кортикостероидами может привести к подавлению функции гипофиза-надпочечников, возвращение которой к норме может оказаться затяжным.
Основные осложнения, вызванные длительным лечением - это нарушения водно-электролитного баланса, гипергликемия и глюкозурия; повышенная подверженность инфекциям, включая туберкулез; язва желудка и двенадцатиперстной кишки, которая может кровоточить и прободать; остеопороз; характериная миопатия; поведенческие нарушения. Впоследствии возможно возникновение субкапсулярной катаракты, синдрома Кушинга, сопровождаемого «лунообразным лицом»; «бычьего горба», надключичных жировых тел, «центрального ожирения», гирсутизма. Инъекции могут вызвать очаговый жировой некроз.
Характерен синдром отмены кортикостероидов, выражающийся в лихорадочном состоянии, боли в мышцах и суставах, и недомогании, что бывает чрезвычайно сложно отличить от «реактивации» ревматоидного артрита или ревматической атаки. Ложная опухоль головного мозга с отеком зрительного нерва - довольно редкая реакция, сопровождающая отмену. Острая недостаточность надпочечников бывает вызвана слишком резкой отменой лечения кортикостероидами.
