Rental revenues amounted to € 110 Million in 2008 compared to € 66,1 Million in 2007.
GSG - Orco’s biggest income producing portfolio with 49 buildings - performed well with an occupancy rate increasing to 74,6 % compared to 70% as of December 2007. GSG’s contribution to the group’s total lease revenues amounts to € 45.3 million (vs a 6 months contribution to the group revenues with € 19.7 million in 2007). The second biggest contributor is Molcom in Moscow with revenues amounting to € 24.0 million for 12 months in 2008 compared to € 17.0 million for 9 months in 2007.
Excluding GSG, the occupancy rates of the leasing portfolio reached 83% for office, 76% for residential, 85% for retail and 100% for industrial/logistics. The comparatively lower level of the residential portfolio’s occupancy rate is solely because these buildings are sold on a unit per unit basis.

Source text - English Languages are an important priority for the European Union and that is why there is now a Commissioner for multilingualism, Leonard Orban, who believes that: “Language is an integral part of our identity and the most direct expression of culture. In Europe, linguistic diversity is a fact of life. In a European Union founded on ‘unity in diversity’ the ability to communicate in several languages is a must for individuals, organisations and companies alike.”
The Union does not only celebrate multilingualism – it also seeks to encourage it. In fact, the promotion of language learning and linguistic diversity is one of the €7-billion Lifelong Learning programme’s objectives (2007-2013). All the sub-programmes – Comenius (for schools), Erasmus (for higher education), Grundtvig (for adult education) and Leonardo da Vinci (for vocational education and training) – support language learning.
Although all languages in the world are eligible for support, the main focus of the programme is on EU languages in order to promote better communication and mobility within Europe. The programme supports school partnerships, assistantships and teacher training, linguistic preparation for mobility in Europe, multilateral projects and networks, conferences, studies information campaigns and mobility actions.

Comfort and a low sound generation were focal points in the development of this outstanding new Vredestein tyre.
Translation - Hungarian Az Ultrac Cento nyári gumiabroncs bevezetésével a Vredestein ismét újraértelmezi a prémium minőség fogalmát. Mint mindig, a cég most is elsősorban az abroncs biztonságosságára összpontosított, figyelembe véve a környezetvédelemmel kapcsolatos szempontokat is. A futófelület és az oldalfal ezúttal is a Giugiaro Design olasz tervezőiroda alkotása, így az Ultrac Cento nemcsak technológiai, hanem esztétikai szempontból is verhetetlen. Source text - French L’Institut de sécurité sociale de l’État (SSI) gère l’assurance pension nationale fondée sur la résidence, l’assurance santé et l’assurance contre les accidents du travail en application de la loi sur la sécurité sociale, tandis que le ministère de la santé et de la sécurité sociale est chargé de superviser l’ensemble des activités du SSI.
Les prestations en nature de maternité/paternité sont gérées au quotidien par la direction du travail en application de la loi sur les congés de maternité/paternité et les congés parentaux sont sous le contrôle général du ministère des affaires sociales.
Le siège du SSI est situé à Reykjavik. Le SSI possède des agences en dehors de Reykjavik.
La direction du travail gère l’assurance chômage en application de la loi sur l’assurance chômage, sous le contrôle général du ministère des affaires sociales. Il existe des commissions d’allocation dans chaque zone administrative. La direction du travail gère également les prestations pour les enfants handicapés et les enfants atteints d’une longue maladie.
En plus du régime de pension fondé sur la résidence, il existe un régime professionnel de pension complémentaire qui est obligatoire pour toutes les personnes actives. Il est géré la plupart du temps par diverses caisses privées, qui sont administrées conjointement par les partenaires sociaux. Az anyasági/apasági szabadságról szóló törvény értelmében a természetbeni anyasági/apasági ellátásokat napi szinten a Munkaügyi Igazgatóság kezeli, a szülői szabadsággal kapcsolatos kérdések általános felügyeletét pedig a Szociális Ügyek Minisztériuma gyakorolja.

Minden közigazgatási területen működnek ellátást megállapító bizottságok. Szintén a Munkaügyi Igazgatóság működteti a fogyatékkal élő és tartósan beteg gyermekekkel kapcsolatos ellátásokat.
A lakóhelyen alapuló nyugdíjrendszeren felül létezik egy kiegészítő foglalkozási nyugdíjrendszer is, amely minden foglalkoztatott számára kötelező. Ezt legtöbb esetben a szociális partnerek által együttesen irányított különféle magánpénztárak kezelik. A pénztárak tevékenységét a kötelező nyugdíjrendszerről és a nyugdíjpénztárak tevékenységéről szóló törvény szabályozza, vagy a Pénzügyminisztérium engedélyezi, amely egyben azok felügyeletéért is felelős.
A családi ellátások rendszerét a Járulékügyi Igazgatóság működteti. Az általános felügyeletet a Pénzügyminisztérium gyakorolja.

I am a freelance translator, a native Hungarian with MA degrees in English and in French. I am also a qualified translator and interpreter specialising in economics and sociology, and a Conference Interpreter with an EMCI (EU-endorsed) degree.
I have been translating and interpreting for several companies and agencies covering areas that range from clinical trials to EU legislation. I often do proofreading for international agencies, too. For a year I have worked as a QA specialist for EU projects with one of the largest Hungarian translation agencies.
