Talk to your doctor, pharmacist or nurse before taking MEDICINE.
MEDICINE is not a cure for HIV infection. You can still pass on HIV when taking this medicine, although the risk is lowered by effective antiretroviral therapy. Discuss with your physician the precautions needed to avoid infecting other people.
People taking MEDICINE may still develop infections or other illnesses associated with HIV infection. You must keep in regular contact with your doctor.
People taking MEDICINE may develop a skin rash. Infrequently a rash may become severe or potentially life threatening. Please contact your doctor whenever you develop a rash.
In patients taking MEDICINE and raltegravir (for HIV infection), rashes (generally mild or moderate) may occur more frequently than in patients taking either medicine separately.

Edna Ditaranto started her career in translations in 1986, following a 10-year career in a number of international departments of major banks. She founded Translation Plus in 1991 with the objective of offering translation services specifically for Portuguese, and later expanded the practice to dozens of world languages. Named Vice President of Production in March of 2004, Edna will continue to be in charge of Portuguese specific projects and will oversee the multi-lingual projects that are entrusted to Translation Plus.
In 1987, Edna founded the Portuguese Language Division of the American Translators Association (ATA), and served as Administrator for two consecutive terms. Edna was appointed Director of the American Translators Association (1992-1993) and President of the New York Circle of Translators (1990-1992). She currently is an Adjunct Professor of translation at the New York University School of Continuing and Professional Studies. A native of Brazil, Edna received a Bachelor Degree in Translation and Interpretation from Faculdade Ibero-Americana de Letras e Ciências Humanas, São Paulo, Brazil. She holds a Master Degree in Translation from the City University of New York, New York.
