Tài liệu kỹ thuật
Trình duyệt tài liệu kỹ thuật của tất cả các phần của trang thiết bị hoặc máy móc. Trình tài liệu kỹ thuật của nhà sản xuất và cung cấp các thông tin sau:
Tên kiểu, chức năng và số hiệu
Nhà sản xuất và xuất xứ
Công suất của mọi cấu phần của hệ thống
Kích thước, có khoảng cách yêu cầu cho lắp đặt.
Vật tư sử dụng khi thi công
Báo cáo thử nghiệm mẫu
Có cả bảng kê số liệu kỹ thuật đúng với bảng kê công suất thiết bị qui định trong tài liệu. Khi có khác biệt giữa hai bảng kê này, phải chứng minh sự thay đổi.
Trình duyệt: khi trình duyệt tài liệu kỹ thuật, xác nhận rằng máy móc và trang thiết bị trình duyệt đáp ứng tất cả các yêu cầu và công suất qui định trong tài liệu ngoại trừ những sự chuyển hướng đã xác định từ đầu trong bản trình.

Chi tiết thi công
Trình duyệt các thông tin sau trước khi bắt đầu mỗi phần lắp đặt:
Cố định hệ thống: chi tiết điển hình về vị trí, kiểu và phương pháp cố định hệ thống vào kết cấu.
Hệ thống âm: biện pháp thi công âm trong tường hoặc sàn bêton, hay đục tường gạch hay bêton.
Hệ thống không tiếp cận được: nếu hệ thống sẽ bị đóng kín và không thể tiếp cận sau khi hoàn tất, trình duyệt đề nghị vị trí và các phụ kiện thi công.
Chấp nhận nền móng: sự xác nhận của nhà thi công rằng nền móng đã thoả mãn cho công tác lắp đặt.
3 THI CÔNG
3.1 LỐI TIẾP CẬN MÁY MÓC VÀ TRANG THIẾT BỊ
Tổng quát
Định vị và bố trí máy móc và trang thiết bị để cho:
Có thể tiếp cận được để kiểm tra và bảo trì và bố trí sao ch1o kiểm tra và bảo trì được thực hiện một cách an toàn và dễ dàng.

3.2 BẢO VỆ TRƯỚC KHI LẮP ĐẶT
Tổng quát
Tất cả lỗ mở ống và ống gió phải được che kín bằng các nút bít hay nắp đậy để phòng ngữa các vật lạ xâm nhập.
Tất cả các thiết bị, máy móc, phụ kiện, đồ đạc phải được che chắn chống lại nước trực tếip hay các hư hỏng cơ học trước khi và sau khi lắp đặt.
Ở nơi ống và ống gió đễ bị bước lên, phải cung cấp bệ bảo vệ thường trực.

Design responsibilities
See General Requirements for design responsibilities.
Fan pressures and pump heads
Fan pressures and pump heads provided in the documents are based on provisional equipment selections and estimated pressure drops. Before ordering equipment, calculate the respective fan pressures and pump heads based on the actual losses in the equipment offered and pipe and duct layouts shown on the shop drawings.
Note that the estimated fan pressures indicated in the schedules for air handling equipment is external to the mixing box.
Allow for any necessary changes to pump or fan selections, and any changes to ducts, pipes, valves etc.
Air quantities
Air quantities: Air quantities are on the basis of standard dry air (density 1.2 kg/m³).
System integration
Interconnect systems and components so that the installation performs its designated functions.
2 QUALITY
2.1 SUBMISSIONS
Selections
Submissions: Select fans, pumps and motors to suit the calculated fan pressures and pump heads. Submit selections.
Mechanical shop drawings
Provide the following drawings as a minimum:
Detailed dimensioned drawings showing:
. All openings.
. All pipe sleeves.
. All holding down bolts.
. All other anchorage and/or fixings required complete with structural loadings.
. All required external openings.
. All floor wastes.
. All plinths, kerbs and bases.
. All fire dampers.
. All access doors and panels.
. Location of conduits to be cast in slabs.
Detailed drawings, at 1:50 scale or larger, showing:
. Ductwork, pipework and equipment layout and sections. Include location of fire rated building elements.
. Diffuser/grille reference nos. corresponding to commissioning test results.
. Riser layouts and sections.
. Plant room layouts and sections.
. Conditioner construction details
. Equipment details: Show for each item of equipment, the relevant performance data including make, model, speed, capacity etc., as appropriate.
. Conduit runs where conduits are to be cast in slabs or walls.
. Loads: Detail all loads to be imposed on the structure during installation and operation.
Pipework schematics including numbering of each valve to correspond to specified valve tags.
Acoustic details.
Wiring diagrams.
Switchboard details.
Automatic control details.
Technical data
Submit technical data for all items of plant and equipment. Include manufacturers’ technical literature and provide the following information:
Model name, designation and number.
Country of origin and manufacture.
Capacity of all system elements.
Size, including required clearances for installation.
Materials used in the construction.
Type test reports.
Include with the technical data schedules corresponding to the equipment capacity schedules in the documents. Where there is a discrepancy between the two, substantiate the change.
Submissions: In submitting technical data certify that the plant and equipment submitted meets all documented requirements and capacities except for departures that are identified in the submission.
Electrical loading information
Provide electrical loading information for all mechanical equipment before completion of the main switchboard shop drawings.
Switchboards: Provide the following information for each mechanical switchboard:
Board location and designation.
For each submain connected to the board provide the following for each item connected to it:
. Submain designation.
. Item designation and name.
. Power rating in kW.
. Number of phases/ Full load amps per phase
. Power factor.
. Total amps on each phase for respective sub main.
Starting characteristics: Provide details for motors with reduced current starting. Ensure starting characteristics are within the characteristics of the respective submain protection devices.
Electric motors: Ensure motor efficiency and power factor are in accordance with the Electric Motors clause in the General requirements worksection.
Loading and connection information: Provide for items not supplied from the mechanical switchboards.
Allow to modify electrical design and for the changes to switchboards, motor control centres, wiring, accessories etc for actual mechanical services loads.
Execution details
Submit the following before starting the respective portions of the installation:
Fixing of services: Typical details of locations, types and methods of fixing of services to structure.
Embedded services: Proposed method for embedding services in concrete walls or floors, or chasing into concrete or masonry walls.
Inaccessible services: If services will be enclosed and not accessible after completion, submit proposals for location of service runs and fittings.
Acceptance of substrate: Installers’ certification that the substrate is satisfactory for receiving the installation.
3 EXECUTION
3.1 PLANT AND EQUIPMENT ACCESS
General
Locate and arrange all mechanical services and plant so that:
It is readily accessible for inspection and maintenance and arranged so that inspection and maintenance can be carried out in a safe and efficient manner.
Inspection and maintenance operations can be arranged to minimise inconvenience and disruption to building occupants.
Failure of plant and equipment (including leaks) does not create a hazard for the building occupants.
Failure or plant and equipment (including leaks) causes a minimum or no damage to the building, its finishes and contents.
Coils and fans within AHUs and FCUs can be removed.
Chiller cooler and condenser tubes can be accessed and mechanically cleaned.
In particular:
Do not locate valves, fan coil units, or other potential leak sources over rooms containing water sensitive equipment or finishes.
Locate items requiring inspection and maintenance over tiled sections of ceilings wherever possible.
If located over set plaster or other inaccessible ceilings, arrange for the provision of access panels. Arrange mechanical services and plant locations to reduce the number of assess panels. Coordinate with other trades to use common access panels where feasible.
Modify manufacturer’s standard equipment where necessary to provide the plant access documented.
For those parts of the plant (including high level tanks) requiring regular inspection and maintenance either
. locate plant so it is safely accessible from floor level; or
. provide permanent access platforms and ladders.
3.2 PREINSTALLATION PROTECTION
General
All pipe and duct openings to be kept closed by means of plugs or caps to prevent the entrance of foreign matter.
All fixtures, equipment and apparatus to be covered as required to protect against direct water or mechanical damage both before and after installation.
Where ducts and pipes are subjected to foot traffic permanent protection ramps shall be fitted.
Fixtures, equipment or apparatus damaged prior to final acceptance of the work shall be restored to its original condition or replaced.

Source text - English The aim of this document is to provide an investigation of the existing M&E services and to determine the existing capacity for an expansion of another 64 hotel-type rooms. In addition, this document shall provide comparative analysis of the existing M&E systems to Accor Mercure Standards provided by Vina Capital.
The Romana Resort and Spa was completed around 2006. The resort has many facilities on site including
- a main building with a lobby for greeting guests;
- (4) VIP and (28) villa suites including private pools;
- (2) 4-storey hotel buildings with (64) guest rooms;
- spa and fitness areas;
- exterior bars;
- full service restaurant;
- outdoor lap pool;
- employees kitchen and dining; employees locker areas; and
- back of house M&E equipment rooms.
Main M&E services were reviewed and analyzed:
a) Electrical power capacity for future expansion of another 64 rooms similar to the existing 4-storey building blocks. Similarly with the stand-by generator on site.
b) Incoming domestic water from both the utility supply company and the resort own deep well located approximately 1.5 km off site.
c) The location of the sewage treatment plant and its capacity for future expansion.
d) All of the fire systems including fire alarm initiating devices and fire protection of the facilities.
e) Lighting throughout the site, guests and back of house areas, emergency lighting, exit signs.
f) Air conditioning systems throughout the resort including villas and hotel rooms.
g) Lightning system
h) Miscellaneous low voltage systems such as cable television, telephone, internet, and security if applicable.

As a global company, Molex is dedicated to ensuring full compliance with all anti-bribery and corruption laws and regulations, including the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (the “FCPA”), by all of its subsidiaries and employees. Generally, anti-bribery and corruption laws prohibit making payments or gifts to government officials to obtain or retain business, or to secure any improper business advantage. Some non-US bribery laws also prohibit bribery even when non-governmental entities are involved. Molex understands the importance of eliminating bribery and corruption around the world, and the role that discouraging bribery and corruption plays in creating a safer, more stable political and business environment.
It is Molex’s policy that no company officer, employee or agent may offer payments (or anything else of value) to a government official to make that official act in a manner that will assist Molex in obtaining or retaining business or securing any improper business advantage.
