Source text - Polish w obszarze pożyczek gotówkowych, limitów w saldzie debetowym oraz limitów do kart kredytowych dla Osób Fizycznych nieprawidłowości dotyczyły głównie pożyczek gotówkowych i polegały m.in.: na etapie analizy dokumentacji (brak weryfikacji wniosku wraz załącznikami), analizy zdolności kredytowej (zawyżone dochody pożyczkobiorcy, niejednoznaczne decyzje kredytowe) i przygotowania dokumentacji kredytowej (nieprawidłowe stawki oprocentowania w umowach kredytowych), ponadto stwierdzono nieprawidłowości dotyczące zabezpieczeń spłaty kredytu (nieprawidłowe oświadczenia
o poddaniu się egzekucji, nie zapoznanie się poręczycieli z umową kredytową). W systemie xxx niewłaściwie określano indeks odsetek (brak korekty w dniu wypłaty pożyczki, błędne daty sprawdzania).
Translation - English • In the area of cash loans, overdraft facilities and credit card limits for natural persons, irregularities concerned mainly cash loans and consisted in, inter alia: at the stage of documentation analysis (no verification of the application including appendices), of creditworthiness analysis (overestimated income of the borrower, ambiguous credit decisions) and credit documentation drafting (incorrect interest rates in credit agreements); in addition, irregularities were found with regard to the collateral for a loan (incorrect statements of submitting to enforcement, surety-givers have not reviewed the credit decision). The interest index was incorrectly defined in the xxx system (no adjustment on the loan disbursement date, incorrect verification dates).
