Խմբի ղեկավարությունը պատասխանատու է ՖՀՄՍ-ների համապատասխան համախմբված ֆինանսական հաշվետվությունների կազմման և ճշմարիտ ներկայացման համար: Այդ նպատակով ղեկավարությունը սահմանում է անհրաժեշտ վերահսկողության համակարգ, որը թույլ է տալիս պատրաստել Խմբի համախմբված ֆինանսական հաշվետվություններ, որոնք զերծ են խարդախության կամ սխալի արդյունքում էական խեղաթյուրումից:
Համախմբված ֆինանսական հաշվետվությունները պատրաստելիս, ղեկավարությունը պատասխանատու է Խմբի՝ անընդհատ գործելու հնարավորությունը գնահատելու, անընդհատ գործելուն առնչվող հարցերը բացահայտելու, ինչպես նաև գործունեության անընդհատության ենթադրության վրա հիմնված հաշվառում վարելու համար, քանի դեռ ղեկավարությունը չի նախատեսում լուծարել Խումբն կամ դադարեցնել դրա գործունեությունը, կամ չունի իրատեսական այլընտրանք, բացի նշվածներից։

Translation - English Responsibilities of Management and Those Charged with Governance for the Consolidated Financial Statements
The Group's management is responsible for the preparation and fair presentation of the consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS. For this purpose, management establishes a system of controls necessary to enable the preparation of the Group's consolidated financial statements that are free from material misstatement, whether due to fraud or error.
In preparing the consolidated financial statements, management is responsible for assessing the Group's ability to continue as a going concern, identifying matters related to going concern and using the going concern basis of accounting unless management either intends to liquidate the Group or to cease operations, or has no realistic alternative but the ones mentioned.
Those charged with governance are responsible for overseeing the process for preparing the Group's consolidated financial statements.
