Source text - English NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT
This Non-Disclosure Agreement is made on 13th June 2026, by and between ABC Company Ltd, with its principal office at Stone Town, Zanzibar, hereinafter referred to as the "Disclosing Party", and the undersigned individual, hereinafter referred to as the "Receiving Party".
1. Confidential Information. The term "Confidential Information" shall mean all information disclosed by the Disclosing Party to the Receiving Party, whether orally or in writing, that is designated as confidential or that reasonably should be understood to be confidential given the nature of the information.
2. Obligations. The Receiving Party agrees to hold and maintain the Confidential Information in strict confidence and not to disclose it to any third party.

Makubaliano haya ya Kutokutoa Siri yamefanywa tarehe 13 Juni 2026, kati ya Kampuni ya ABC Ltd, ofisi yake kuu ikiwa Stone Town, Zanzibar, hapa itakayoitwa "Mtoa Taarifa", na mtu aliyesaini hapa chini, hapa atakayeitwa "Mpokeaji Taarifa".
