Source text - French Nous portons tous en nous des passions, des rêves, des ambitions que nous caressons avec un enthousiasme et une délicatesse que seule l’enfance autorise. Mais au-delà de toutes les aspirations qui peuvent effleurer l’esprit de l’Homme, il n’y a pas une seule qui soit plus grande et plus noble que celle de devenir un leader d’impact et un agent de changement dans le monde.
Aujourd’hui encore, nous sommes reconnaissants pour le passage en cette existence des êtres comme Einstein, Hugo, Mandela, Gandhi, Martin Luther King Jr et j’en passe. Leurs noms résonnent encore comme un écho vivant en raison de leur contribution à rendre cette existence potable, et à chaque arrêt, nous nous rendons compte ô combien la vie est à la fois sublime et terrible. Mais qu’en sera-t-il de nous ? Comment les autres garderont-ils en mémoire les souvenirs de notre bref passage dans cette dispensation ?
Ce sont ces questions qui ont motivé la rédaction de ce Code of Honor : une volonté d’ancrer nos réalisations et notre impact dans la mémoire des hommes, au point que l’humanité ne puisse jamais les oublier.
Translation - English We all carry within us passions, dreams, and ambitions, ones we nurture with the kind of enthusiasm and tenderness only childhood permits. Nevertheless, among every aspiration the human mind can conceive, none is greater or more noble than the desire to become a leader of impact and an agent of change in the world.
We are still grateful today for figures like Einstein, Hugo, Mandela, Gandhi, and Martin Luther King Jr. Their names echo like a living testament to their contribution in making this world more livable. At every turn, we are reminded of just how breathtaking and brutal life can be. But what about us? How will others remember our brief passage through this era?
These questions are what drove the creation of this Code of Honor. It is will to anchor our achievements and impact in human memory so deeply that the world cannot forget them.

Tous ceux qui refusent de se contenter du minimum, tous ceux qui portent en eux l’exigence d’une vie plus vaste que le confort immédiat, découvrent tôt ou tard une réalité incontournable ; celle selon laquelle, les grandes destinées ne se construisent jamais dans la facilité ; elles se forgent dans les tensions, les résistances, les épreuves et les combats à la fois visibles et invisibles.
Chaque étape importante d’une existence marquée par l’impact est presque toujours précédée d’une saison de compression, de solitude, d’incompréhensions ou d’incertitudes. Pourtant, derrière ces épisodes parfois éprouvants se cache une vérité essentielle : ce sont précisément ces affronts qui donnent naissance aux épopées les plus mémorables.
L’histoire de toute véritable élévation est intimement liée à la capacité qu’a un être humain à supporter, interpréter et transformer à son avantage les difficultés qu’il rencontre. Là où certains voient une malédiction, d’autres y découvrent une matière première. Là où beaucoup s’effondrent, quelques-uns apprennent à se relever plus forts et plus avisés.
Translation - English There are paths and roads one does not walk without consenting to a certain kind of rupture. All those who refuse to settle for the bare minimum, all those who carry within them the demand for a life more expansive than immediate comfort, discover sooner or later an undeniable reality: great destinies are never built in ease. They are forged in tension, resistance, trials and battles — both visible and invisible.
Every significant milestone in a life marked by impact is almost always preceded by a season of compression, solitude, misunderstanding or uncertainty. Yet behind these sometimes grueling episodes hides an essential truth: it is precisely these trials that give birth to the most memorable epics.
The story of every genuine elevation is intimately linked to a human being’s capacity to endure, interpret and turn to their advantage the difficulties they encounter. Where some see a curse, others discover raw material. Where many crumble, a few learn to rise stronger and wiser.

Source text - French Il y a des gens qui entreprennent parce qu’ils sont nés comme d’aucuns diraient « sous une bonne étoile ou avec une cuillère en or à la bouche ». D’autres entreprennent parce que les conditions de vie les leur imposent, et d’autres le font pour échapper à la routine et au chaos. Moi j’ai entrepris parce que j’avais faim. Faim de mieux. Faim de vrai. Faim de grandeur. Non pas cette grandeur tapageuse qu’on expose pour impressionner, mais celle qui transforme une vie ordinaire en un témoignage vivant d’espoir et de résilience.
Lorsque j’ai découvert le marketing de réseau, je ne venais pas avec des certitudes ni avec un parcours tapissé d’évidences. J’étais simplement un homme en quête d’une issue, d’une voie où je pourrais bâtir, transmettre, impacter. Ce livre est l’écho de cette faim. Il est le fruit de mon parcours, de mes balbutiements, de mes échecs assumés, de mes victoires conquises à la sueur de la persévérance, et de cette foi inébranlable qui m’a toujours dit : « tu es né pour plus que survivre, tu es né pour construire et impacter d’autres hommes. »

I, however, became an entrepreneur because I was hungry. Hungry for something better. Hungry for authenticity. Hungry for greatness. Not the kind of ostentatious greatness put on display to impress, but the kind that transforms an ordinary life into a living testament of hope and resilience.
When I first discovered network marketing, I engaged without preconceived notions or a path lined with obvious successes. I was simply a man searching for a way out, a path where I could build, transmit, and make an impact. This book is the echo of that hunger.
