Source text - English The Parties agree to hold each other’s Confidential Information confidential throughout the Term of this Agreement and for a period of one (1) year thereafter. The Parties agree that they shall not make each other’s Confidential Information available in any form to any third party or to use each other’s Confidential Information for any purpose other than the implementation of this Agreement. Each Party agrees to take all reasonable steps to ensure that Confidential Information is not disclosed or distributed by its employees or agents in violation of the terms of this Agreement.
"Applicable Law" shall mean all local, national, and international laws, regulations, directives, and decrees to which a Party is subject, and which are applicable to the exercise of that Party's rights or the performance of that Party's obligations under this Agreement, including blockchain laws and regulations, the Privacy Laws, the Social Media Regulations, as well as all rules to which the Company is subject.
