I am a full-time freelance translator for the language
combinations English-German, Portuguese-German and Afrikaans-German. German
being my native language. I have a BA in Translation from the
Johannes-Gutenberg University in Mainz, Germany. I also studied economics at
Rhodes University in South Africa.

 

My Areas of specialisation include finance, economics,
outdoor sports and subtitling. But I also have experience in the areas of
psychology, tourism, real estate, app localisation, website localisation, marketing and e-learning

 

As I am currently based in South Africa, I can also
offer help with projects that require special knowledge of South African
English or the South African market or culture.
