Source text - Swedish I en text från 1964 med titeln "Anteckningar för ett reportage" ställer den argentinska poeten Alejandra Pizarnik upp en definition av poesi: "Vi behöver en plats där det omöjliga blir möjligt. Det är framför allt i dikten som det möjligas gräns verkligen kan överskridas och riskeras". I Pizarniks poetik framstår därför ordet som den generativa kraft som kan överskrida det möjligas gräns, som "flera skepnaders gester som framträder liksom levande därför att språket aktivt alluderar på dem". Kanske är det därför som den mest utmärkande strävan i hennes verk är sökandet efter det exakta ordet. Även om hennes dikter kretsar kring en mängd olika motiv (enligt poeten själv är hennes verks emblem barndomen, rädslan, döden, natten och kroppen), gestaltas dessa genom själva försöket att fånga in dem genom språket. Ett misslyckat sökande, men som just därför utgör en lyckad poetik.
Translation - Portuguese Em um texto de 1964 intitulado “Notas para uma reportagem”, a poeta argentina Alejandra Pizarnik nos fornece uma definição de poesia: “Precisamos de um lugar onde o impossível se torne possível. É sobretudo no poema que o limite do possível pode realmente ser ultrapassado, arriscando-se”. Na poética de Pizarnik, portanto, a palavra aparece como a força geradora que pode transcender o limite do possível, como “gestos de figuras que se mostram vivas, por obra de uma linguagem ativa que alude a elas”. Talvez seja por isso que sua obra se distinga principalmente pela busca pela palavra exata. Embora seus poemas girem em torno de uma variedade de motivos (segundo a própria poeta, os emblemas de sua obra são a infância, o medo, a morte, a noite e o corpo), estes são retratados através da própria tentativa de capturá-los através da linguagem.Uma busca falha, mas que, por isso mesmo, constitui uma poética exitosa.
