Bio
Born in a culturally rich area in Lebanon, where people use Arabic, English and French interchangeably, helped me grow an interest in languages over the years. My first translation gig was at the ripe age of 14, where I helped my Grandma's neighbors, far in the mountains, write a letter to their American daughter-in-law to update her on her husband's health (Fortunately good news). This made me realize early on the importance of making communication easier and information accessible to the community.
Today, after years of involvement in translation and localization projects, including literature, arts, medical and entertainment pieces, as well as hands on extensive work in the e-commerce field (Amazon, Noon, FirstCry, Puma, Lululemon, Crate & Barrel, AllSaints, Lego, CB2, THAT Concept Store among others) brings me great joy, knowing that I helped a person learn more about a subject of interest, or buy the perfect gift for their significant other.
