I developed a keen eye for details and that suited me well when I was introduced in the translation and proofreading job in 2004. I worked as a full-time translator for 11 years with a big multi-translation company and continue to work remotely in the same company up until now. I have variety of experience in the translation industry. At times, I work with the audio/video recording as a prompter and prooflistener of recorded voices and dramas. Our work also includes subtitling and transcribing, using the latest translation tools.

Translation - Tagalog Kahit Journalism ang aking tinapos na kurso, may ibayong interes ako sa pagbabasa at pagsulat, ganundin ang pagtuon sa mga maliliit na detalye katulad ng mga spelling, paggamit ng mga punctuations, tamang pag-capitalize sa mga nouns at iba pang mga detalye. Malaking bentaha ito sa akin noong naimbitahan ako na magtrabaho bilang isang translator at proofreader noong 2004. Nagtrabaho ako full-time sa malaking translation team na ito sa loob ng 11 years. Ang translation team ay binubuo ng 7 na pangunahing lenguahe sa Pilipinas, isa na dito ang native language ko na Iloko o Ilokano. Hanggang ngayon, nagtratrabaho pa rin ako dito bilang part-time na remote translator. Madami akong natanggap na training sa aking trabaho bilang translator.
