Source text - English The parties involved in the agreement hereby acknowledge the terms set forth regarding the provision of accommodation and related services. The service provider guarantees that all facilities meet the agreed-upon standards of quality and safety. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to force majeure, the provider reserves the right to modify or cancel the reservation without prior notice. Guests are obliged to follow all relevant regulations concerning their conduct during the stay, and the provider retains the right to terminate the agreement in case of non-compliance.
