Autumn is not a bad time to start the Camino de Santiago. Although we are sure that if you start in Navarre (the busiest route starts in Luzaide/Valcarlos toward the Collegiate Church of Roncesvalles) you will not want to leave the road until it is finished. In addition to the main route of the French Way, through the Foral Community run the Aragones Way -which enters from Sangüesa and joins the main in Puente La Reina-, the unknown Way of Baztanés, which runs through this valley from France, and the Ebro, which runs through the valley that comes up the river and crosses the south of the territory of Navarre. | Translation - Spanish
No es mala época el otoño para iniciar el Camino de Santiago. Además, ya que el Año Santo Jacobeo se ha extendido hasta 2022 de manera excepcional, siempre podrás continuar tu peregrinación en cualquier otro momento si el clima no acompaña. Aunque estamos seguros de que si lo inicias en Navarra (la ruta más transitada comienza en Luzaide/Valcarlos hacia la Colegiata de Roncesvalles) no querrás salirte del camino hasta finalizarlo. ¿O deberíamos decir de los caminos? Ya que además de la ruta principal del Camino francés, por la Comunidad Foral discurren el Camino Aragonés –que entra desde Sangüesa y se une al principal en Puente La Reina–, el desconocido Camino de Baztanés, que recorre este valle desde Francia, y el del Ebro, que viene remontando el río y atraviesa el sur del territorio navarro. |
