Bio
I am a graduate translator and I have been
working in the field for more than 15 years now – first mainly as a
project manager, and for a couple of years now full-time as freelance
translator and interpreter.
One main focus of my services is
translating for German television, such as ARTE and ZDF. I translate
dubbing scripts and subtitles for movies and documentaries.
As an interpreter, I have been part of numerous
projects in Germany, France and Spain in a field which is very
international, but not quite associated with language services – work
over (drilling rigs) and pipeline maintenance. Among my customers have
been well-known companies: GDF Suez/Storengy, Solvay Quimica,
Halliburton and Weatherford.
Another important field of my work is
Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) – be that translating SOPs and other
GMP-related documents or interpreting during GMP or Medical Devices inspections.
I
offer single services, such as translating, proofreading, interpreting,
but also comprehensive service packages including individual language
support on the ground.
