John studied Literature at Cambridge and film at
Bristol Universities.
He taught literary composition at the University of Santiago and has
lived in France and Spain for over thirty years gathering experience as a
writer, translator and editor.
He regularly translates for the USC faculties.
Working in-house as head of translation at the HO in La Coruña he
oversaw the translation of the ABANCA corporate website for five years.
Last year he translated the idealista.com real estate blog from
Portuguese and Italian and the Mozambican Civil code from Portuguese to
English.
