I am a very committed, sharp and disciplined
freelance translator, fluent in Portuguese, Hebrew and English and fully acquainted
with CAT tools. I always deliver projects within the deadlines stipulated by
clients, even if they are on short notice, while maintaining the highest
quality of translation. With nine years of experience in the field of
localization and having specialized in book translations, I have successfully
completed over thirty sizable projects and translated over 800,000 words. In
some of these projects, I also did the transliteration of foreign words (from
Hebrew to Portuguese). Currently, I also create original texts and content in
Portuguese based on texts written in Hebrew.
With a strong background in religious studies, and
having lived for two years in Jerusalem, devoted to rabbinic research, I was invited
to translate works by great thinkers and philosophers of Judaism, as well as traditional
prayer books. Many of these works contained ancient and erudite words, as well
as little-known terms. Overall, I have had very good experiences with my
translations, and have consistently received positive feedback from my clients,
who show satisfaction with the quality and agility of my work.
