vérification de la gestion comptable et financière de l’hôtel BENGO à date, structure
dont vous avez la charge, il a été constaté :
₋ l’absence des souches de factures d’hébergement encaissées par jour et celle des
factures détaillées des clients de groupe parmi les documents requis ;
₋ le non respect du taux réglementaire de l’indemnité de logement fixé à 20% du
salaire de base ;
₋ un volume important de gratuités en hébergement comme en restauration ;
₋ les cas récurrents de vols des clés de chambres, des denrées alimentaires et des
autres produits.
Or, vous êtes sans ignorer que vous êtes garant de la bonne exploitation de
l’Hôtel BENGO.
Translation - English During the mission of October 2021 to control and inspect accounts
management and finance of BENGO Hotel to date, which is under your care, the
following have been noticed:
- the absence of stocks of accommodation bills collected per day and stocks
of billing details of group customers among documents required;
- non compliance of settlement rate of accommodation allowance at 20% of
the basic salary;
- high rate of free accommodation like in restoration;
- regular cases of theft of rooms’ keys, foodstuffs and other products.

Source text - English Seul le Directeur de l’hôtel peut, sur la base des rapports des responsables des Chefs de Départements, ou alors après avoir constaté par lui-même des manquements graves d’un employé à la discipline, adresser une demande d’explications.
Lorsque les manquements sont rapportés par un tiers, il revient au Chef hiérarchique direct du mis en cause, conformément à l’organigramme de l’hôtel, de mener des enquêtes afin de se rassurer de la véracité des faits rapportés. Ce dernier pourrait, après avoir épuisé tous les avertissements verbaux dignes d’un père de famille, se référer au Directeur d’Hôtel afin qu’il soit adressé une demande d’explications au collaborateur fautif.
Translation - English Only the Hotel Manager shall, on the basis of reports from the Heads of Departments, or after having observed serious breaches of discipline by an employee, send a query letter.
When breaches of discipline are reported by a third party, it is the responsibility of the respondent's immediate supervisor, in accordance with the hotel's organisational chart, to conduct investigations in order to ascertain the truthfulness of the facts reported. The latter shall, after having exhausted all verbal warnings worthy of a father, refer to the Hotel Manager so that a query letter should be addressed to the offended employee.
