Working for more than 15 years in the publishing market, selling, buying, and editing books. He started in 2007 as a bookseller at Livraria Cultura. In his time at Literare Books, as Marketing Director, he took 6 titles to the 2020 Bestsellers list. He became one of the references in the Brazilian market in sales and marketing of digital books with his work at Bookwire Brasil, the largest distributor of digital books and audiobooks in Brazil. He is currently a Consultant at UmLivro (Meta Brasil), a pioneer company in POD, print on demand. In 2018, he created the publisher Tacet Books, an innovative project with unpublished works developed from public domain content. The publisher has more than 950 digital books and 50 printed books, in the print on demand model. Through Negócios Literários, Horacio develops courses in marketing, translation, and offers consulting for publishers and independent authors. |
