After working 35 years in a governmental entity in Tukey, I got retired for 6 years.  I worked with UN (United Nations) and OSCE(Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe) missions for several time through the Secondment Assignment. I have visited 39 countries so far, and I have a tremendous and a georgeous experiance in many field. I have almost finished my Phd. in management, and my expertise is about Institutional Behavior.My other expertise is training. I am conducting train the trainers courses around the wold in English language. I can speak, little German, little Kyrgyz and little albanian and Arabic. Nowadays I am conducting English courses from the beginner range to advanced.
