Interpreting
is something I take great pride in. I was been born in Turkey and lived there
until I was nearly 6 before my family moved to England. I learnt Turkish
naturally growing up and been able to build on vocabulary during our annual
holidays to visit relatives. As an enthusiastic, thoughtful and articulate
individual I have a passion for helping others and providing an excellent
service. I have provided telephone and face to face interpretation services for
Clear Voice on behalf of Migrant Help for many years. My current interpreting role
entails working extensively with asylum seekers on behalf of Migrant Help,
helping them to apply for financial and accommodation support whilst also
assisting tribunals. Many clients are highly vulnerable having experienced
trauma and some session are of a sensitive nature. In addition, I have also interpreted
face to face and by telephone for a variety of charities, dentists, doctors and
solicitors. I would like to gain further experience by providing my services to
your clients.
