I'm Mateusz Korbel, a seasoned Polish-English and
English-Polish certified interpreter, translator, and subtitler registered with NRPSI.
With 1000+ hours of interpretation in crucial sectors like the NHS, social
services, police, and courts, I've translated 235,000 words in various documents
by January 20, 2024.
During my 2010-2013 tenure in Poland, I specialised in legal documents and
translated the BAK TDO website in 2013. I bring expertise in legal, medical,
and financial interpretation and translation as a native Polish speaker deeply
rooted in the culture.
Holding a Master's in English studies and a Bachelor's degree, I recently
earned my DPSI (Law) qualification in November 2022 and I am listed on the
NRPSI register.
In addition to my professional achievements, I've dedicated 600 hours to court
interpreting for Big Word and completed 100 hours of police interpreting for
Cintra. I also handle emotionally charged police evidence translations.
Currently, I focus on working with direct clients,
bringing my wealth of experience to diverse projects. My goal is to contribute
effectively to your needs in interpretation, translation, and subtitling.
