Мыть руки, носить маску, соблюдать социальную дистанцию — все это прекрасно и правильно. Но лучшую защиту от невидимого врага дает природный иммунитет человека. Обеспечить его может только вакцинация.
Самые прогрессивные страны мира бросили все силы на создание эффективной вакцины от вируса SARS-CoV-2, который вызывает опасную болезнь. А знаете ли вы, что такая вакцина уже существует? Она появилась еще в августе 2020 года. Называется Sputnik V. Честь ее создания принадлежит российским ученым.
Россия с самого начала пандемии начала активно разрабатывать вакцину от Коронавируса. В стране для этого были все ресурсы: отличная научная база, многолетний опыт работы с опасными инфекциями.
Вакцина Sputnik V создавалась на базе научных лабораторий самых прогрессивных исследовательских учреждений страны: НИИ Минобороны России и Национально-исследовательского центра эпидемиологии им. Н. Ф. Гамалеи.
Эти институты прославились колоссальными достижениями в сфере борьбы с такими опасными инфекциями, как Эбола, сибирская язва, туберкулез, бруцеллез. Созданные российскими эпидемиологами вакцины спасли жизни миллионов людей на планете.
Вакцина от Коронавируса стала еще одной победой России на ниве научных разработок. Страна по праву гордится этим.
Вакцина Спутник V была зарегистрирована 11 августа 2020 года (свидетельство ЛП-006395). Она стала первой в мире лицензированной вакциной от Коронавируса. И только предвзятое отношение мировой общественности к России помешало миллионам людей сразу получить спасительную прививку от смертельной болезни.
Что такое Sputnik V
Эпидемиологи России выбрали самый надежный, проверенный тысячами исследований вариант создания вакцины. Вирус SARS-CoV-2 исключительно живуч и быстро мутирует. Его нельзя вводить в организм «в чистом виде». Даже убитый вирус может вызвать отек легких. По этой причине русские вирусологи выделили из живой культуры вируса только определенные фрагменты белка. Их называют ген-векторами. Эти микрочастицы опасного патогена не имеют собственной генетической структуры. Они не могут размножаться внутри человеческой клетки, поэтому не приводят к развитию заболевания.
Замечательно то, что иммунная система человека распознает ген-векторы вируса как опасного врага. В организме вырабатываются антитела к этим белкам. Таким образом формируется иммунитет к новой вирусной инфекции. Привитый Спутником V человек получает естественное оружие от невидимой смертельной угрозы. Как только живой вирус попадет в организм, антитела реагируют на его белки и активизируются. Иммунная система обрушивается на патоген всей своей мощью. Организм отражает атаку вируса.
Преимущества Спутника V
Исключительно высокая эффективность — 91,6%. Вакцина считается хорошей, если ее действенность превышает 60%.
100% защита от тяжелого течения болезни и летального исхода.
Иммунитет после введения вакцины сохраняется 2 года и более.

Тяжелых побочек после введения Спутник V обнаружено не было.
Удобные условия хранения. В виде раствора хранится при температуре –18°С. В высушенном виде (лиофилизате) — от +2° до +8°С. Это облегчает транспортировку медицинского средства в наиболее удаленные уголки планеты.
Доступная цена. Российская вакцина в разы дешевле тех же Moderna и Pfizer. Это значит, ее смогут получить даже бедные развивающиеся страны.

Cos’è lo Sputnik V
Per creare il vaccino Sputnik V gli epidemiologi russi hanno scelto la soluzione più affidabile, validata da migliaia di studi. Il virus SARS-CoV-2 è estremamente tenace e muta rapidamente. Non può essere introdotto nell’organismo senza opportune modifiche. Anche il virus morto può causare l’edema polmonare.
Per questo motivo i virologi russi hanno estratto dal virus vivo solo alcuni frammenti proteici, detti vettori genici. Queste parti microscopiche dell’agente patogeno non hanno una propria struttura genetica e non posso riprodursi all’interno delle cellule umane, quindi non causano la malattia.
Fortunatamente però il sistema immunitario umano riconosce i vettori genici del virus come pericolosi nemici e l’organismo produce anticorpi contro la proteina del virus, sviluppando così l’immunità all’infezione.
L’individuo vaccinato con lo Sputnik V riceve quindi un’arma potente per combattere questa fatale e insidiosa minaccia. Se verrà in contatto con il virus, il suo sistema immunitario reagirà e si attiverà contro il virus con tutte le sue forze, respingendone l'attacco.
I vantaggi dello Sputnik V
Eccezionale efficacia: 91,6%. Un vaccino è considerato di buona qualità se la sua efficacia supera il 60%.
Difesa del 100% dal rischio di malattia grave e morte per COVID-19.
L’immunità acquisita con il vaccino dura due anni e più.

В России приступили к уничтожению самых опасных химических боеприпасов

В поселке Леонидовка Пензенской области – в центре европейскйо части России– введен в эксплуатацию новый промышленный объект по уничтожению, так называемых, сложных боеприпасов.
Они относятся к последнему поколению химического оружия. Особенность их в том, что внутри боевых частей, содержащих самые ядовитые фосфорорганические отравляющие вещества, находится еще и взрывчатка.
Именно проблемы, связанные с обеспечением безопасности при ликвидации сложных боеприпасов отодвинули сроки полного уничтожения химического оружия. В США до 2022 года, в РФ до 2015 года. Российским специалистам удалось раньше их американских коллег решить задачу и гарантировать безопасность при ликвидации таких боеприпасов.
В поселке Леонидовка расположен 1206-й объект по хранению и уничтожению химического оружия, которое ведется на специально построенном предприятии. Суммарное количество боевых отравляющих веществ на момент начала их уничтожения в 2008 году равнялось 6885 тоннам. К настоящему времени ликвидировано свыше 6000 тонн. Остались боеприпасы особой сложности. Всего такие боеприпасы находятся в трех местах хранения на территории России. Первую технологическую линию по их уничтожению создали в Леонидовке.
Работы велись под постоянным контролем правительства РФ.
В конце сентября директор Департамента реализации конвенционных обязательств Министерства промышленности и торговли Виктор Холстов посетили объект «Леонидовка». Основное внимание при проведении этой инспекции уделялось оценке готовности новой технологической линии. После проведения тестовых испытаний было дано разрешение на пуск объекта.
7 декабря в Леонидовке прошла церемония введения в строй технологической линии по уничтожению сложных боеприпасов. В ней принимали участие представители правительства РФ и зарубежные гости. Процессом уничтожения руководил начальник Федерального управления по безопасному хранению и уничтожению химического оружия генерал-полковник Валерий Капашин.
К настоящему времени России уже ликвидировано 95% имевшихся запасов химического оружия.

Nel cuore della Russia europea, a Leonidovka, regione di Penza, è entrato in funzione un nuovo impianto industriale per la distruzione delle cosiddette munizioni complesse.
Questa espressione si riferisce ad armi chimiche di ultima generazione, che racchiudono all'interno della testata, oltre ai più letali tra i composti organofosforici tossici, anche un esplosivo. Ed è proprio a causa dei problemi di sicurezza connessi alla distruzione di queste munizioni complesse che il termine per lo smantellamento totale delle armi chimiche è stato prorogato. Al 2022 per gli Stati Uniti e al 2015 per la Russia.
Gli esperti russi sono riusciti a risolvere questo spinoso problema prima dei loro colleghi americani, garantendo così la sicurezza dei processi di distruzione di queste munizioni.
Il villaggio di Leonidovka ospita l’impianto di stoccaggio e distruzione delle armi chimiche n. 1206, in uno stabilimento costruito appositamente a tale scopo. Nel 2008, all’inizio del processo di smantellamento, le sostanze chimiche belliche ammontavano complessivamente a 6885 tonnellate. Ad oggi ne sono state distrutte oltre 6000 tonnellate. Ora restano da eliminare le munizioni complesse, attualmente conservate in tre aree di stoccaggio nel territorio russo.
La prima linea tecnologica per la loro eliminazione è stata costruita a Leonidovka. I lavori si sono svolti sotto il costante controllo delle autorità del governo della Federazione Russa.
Alla fine di settembre il direttore del Dipartimento per la realizzazione degli impegni previsti dalla convenzione presso il Ministero dell’industria e del commercio Viktor Cholstov ha visitato l’impianto di Leonidovka. Nel corso dell’ispezione è stata dedicata particolare attenzione alla valutazione dell’operatività della nuova linea. Ultimati i collaudi, è stata autorizzata la messa in esercizio dell’impianto.
Il 7 dicembre a Leonidovka si è svolta la cerimonia ufficiale per l'entrata in esercizio della linea tecnologica per lo smantellamento delle munizioni complesse. Vi hanno partecipato i rappresentati del governo della Federazione Russa ed ospiti stranieri. Il processo di smantellamento si è svolto sotto la direzione del responsabile per lo stoccaggio e l’eliminazione delle armi chimiche dell’amministrazione federale, Colonnello Generale Valeriy Kapashin.
Ad oggi la Russia ha già smantellato il 95% delle sue armi chimiche.

Дерматиты и различные виды экзем являются одними из самых частых дерматозов на дерматоло- гических приёмах. Эти заболевания встречаются во всех возрастных группах и оказывают глубокое не- гативное влияние на качество жизни пациентов. По данным различных эпидемиологических исследова- ний, аллергическим контактным дерматитом (АКД) страдают 4–8% населения Земли. Больные экземой, для которой характерно длительное течение с час- тыми рецидивами, составляют 20–30% дерматоло- гических пациентов. Среди всех случаев патологии кожи, по поводу которых больных направляют в де- рматологический стационар, приблизительно 10% приходится на экзему (4, 8).
В развитии этих дерматозов ведущая роль прина- длежит иммунной системе. Иммунологический ответ на определённый антиген, скорость его формирова- ния и степень выраженности генетически детерми- нированы. Большую роль в развитии аллергических заболеваний играет степень реактивности иммунной системы. Пик заболеваемости АКД и экземой прихо- дится на молодой и зрелый возраст (20–50 лет). Эти заболевания редко развиваются у пожилых людей, когда иммунная система подвергается возрастной инволюции.

Le dermatiti e diverse forme di eczema sono tra le dermatosi riscontrate più frequentemente negli ambulatori di dermatologia. Queste patologie si osservano in tutte le fasce di età ed hanno notevole impatto negativo sulla qualità di vita dei pazienti. Secondo alcuni studi epidemiologici, soffre di dermatite allergica da contatto (ACD) il 4–8% della popolazione mondiale. L’eczema, una malattia caratterizzata da un decorso lungo e recidive frequenti, colpisce il 20–30% dei pazienti dermatologici. Tra i pazienti inviati in reparti ospedalieri di dermatologia per malattie della pelle i soggetti affetti da eczema rappresentano circa il 10% del totale (4, 8).
Nell’insorgenza di queste dermatosi un ruolo importante è svolto dal sistema immunitario. Il modo in cui il sistema immunitario reagisce ad un determinato antigene, quanto tempo passa prima che insorga la risposta immunitaria e la sua intensità sono geneticamente determinati. Il grado di reattività del sistema immunitario è un fattore molto importante nello sviluppo delle malattie allergiche. Il picco della morbilità per ACD ed eczema si verifica nell’età giovanile e adulta (20–50 anni). Queste malattie insorgono raramente negli anziani, nei quali si osserva una involuzione del sistema immunitario in funzione dell’età.

Atopic Dermatitis (AD) is a chronic inflammatory skin disease that frequently occurs in subjects with a personal or family history of other atopic conditions, such as asthma or allergic
rhinitis. The prevalence is high especially among children, and has considerably increased in recent decades. Patients and families need to understand that a single cause and
treatment are unlikely to be found, but a good control is nearly always possible. It is indeed very important to treat every case of AD, without disregarding the mild forms. Treating mild forms of AD is essential to prevent disease worsening, reduce the risk of bacterial and viral complications, and possibly prevent the development of asthma and allergic rhinitis.
Introduction
Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a chronic inflammatory skin disease affecting 5-20% of children and 1-3% of adults 1 2. In the majority of cases, AD begins in infancy, often before the age of 2 years. In about 60% of patients, AD disappears
by primary school age or during adolescence, whereas in the remaining cases it persists until adult life. AD usually runs a chronic and relapsing course, and manifests as a very itchy, erythematous and scaly eczematous
rash commonly involving the face and skin folds (neck, knees and elbows).
Disease exacerbation is associated with exudative lesions, oozing and severe hitch. Typical complications of AD include superinfections by Staphylococcus aureus and herpes simplex virus (eczema herpeticum). AD is heterogeneous

La dermatite atopica è una malattia infiammatoria cronica della cute che si associa frequentemente ad asma e rinite allergica. La prevalenza della dermatite atopica è alta soprattutto in età pediatrica, ed è aumentata molto negli ultimi decenni. È auspicabile che i pazienti ed i loro genitori siano correttamente informati riguardo alla natura cronica della malattia e alla necessità di ricorrere a trattamenti di lungo termine per controllarne le riacutizzazioni. È molto importante impostare una terapia adeguata per ogni paziente affetto da dermatite atopica, evitando di trascurarne le forme lievi. Il trattamento delle forme lievi di dermatite atopica è essenziale per prevenirne il peggioramento, per ridurre il rischio di complicanze batteriche e virali, ed eventualmente prevenire la marcia atopica.
Introduzione
La dermatite atopica (DA) è una malattia infiammatoria cronica della cute che insorge nel 5-20% dei soggetti in età pediatrica e nell’1-3% degli adulti1 2. Nella maggior parte dei casi, la DA compare nell’età infantile, spesso prima del compimento del secondo anno di vita. In circa il 60% dei casi, la DA scompare al raggiungimento dell’età scolare o nell’adolescenza, mentre nei casi restanti persiste fino all’età adulta. La DA è caratterizzata di solito da un andamento cronico-recidivante e si presenta sotto forma di lesioni eczematose, eritematose e squamose, accompagnate da forte prurito, più frequentemente localizzate al volto e alle pieghe del collo, del ginocchio e del gomito. L’esacerbazione della malattia è caratterizzata da comparsa di essudazione e prurito severo. Le complicanze tipiche della DA includono le superinfezioni causate da Staphylococcus aureus e da herpes simplex (eczema herpeticum). La DA è una malattia eterogenea, spesso associata con altri disturbi atopici quali asma e rinocongiuntivite, e anche con altre affezioni cutanee, incluse orticaria e dermatite da contatto.
