I am an expert DTP specialist with more than three decades of experience in multilingual projects of all kinds, usually working as a freelancer for European and UK translation agencies. I have gained considerable experience laying out documents not only in all European languages but also in Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Vietnamese, Thai, Indonesian, Indian languages, and other more exotic languages.
Typically, I prepare projects with Trados Studio for translators and finalise documents after translation using InDesign, Illustrator, Quark XPress, FrameMaker, PowerPoint, Word, etc. I like to improve the quality of the documents I work on, paying attention to details. I also have a lot of experience converting large or complex PDFs to either Word or InDesign.
I also do audio and video transcriptions in French, as I have a perfect mastery of French spelling and grammar.
I am bilingual French-English and I have been living in England since 1999.
