When to seek medical attention

To be tested, you must have active symptoms and qualify as a specialized group (pregnant, healthcare worker, first responder, live in a group setting)
Testing may also be considered for those with active symptoms who have underlying medical conditions like diabetes or heart disease

If your symptoms are mild-moderate, and you qualify for testing, you will be tested remotely at
If your symptoms are significant and/or you have an underlying medical condition, you will need an actual office visit at our ambulatory evaluation clinic, which can be arranged by calling

Robyn McCutcheon is a retired Dept. of State Foreign Service Officer who has served in Russia and throughout Central Asia. Her most recent overseas posting was as Regional Environment, Science, Technology, and Health (ESTH) Officer based at the U.S. Embassy in Astana, Kazakhstan in 2014-17. In Washington Robyn has served on the Russia Desk (EUR/RUS) and as both Watch Officer and Senior Watch Officer in the Nuclear Risk Reduction Center.
Prior to joining the State Department in 2004, Robyn worked as an engineer and programmer on NASA missions, primarily Hubble Space Telescope. Her specialties were space flight dynamics, attitude determination and control, and sensor systems. She is a member of both the American Astronomical Society and the American Institute for Aeronautics and Astronautics.
In addition, Robyn has published frequently on subjects related to the history social development of Soviet science, in particular the 1936-37 purge of Soviet astronomers. In the 1980s she did translations of Soviet technical journals for Plenum Publishing Corp.
