Born in the Netherlands, I grew up bilingually. After living and studying in the UK for a couple of years, I moved back and started my own linguistics company. What I enjoy most about the craft of translation, transcreation and writing is the intuitive, creative side of it. Plus, making texts available to a wider audience through translation is simply a great gift.
I studied management, marketing, social sciences, and political science, making me very familiar with the different nuances in language used over a variety of interests and disciplines. I have a particular interest in the translation of literature and novels.
