Source text - Italian Il percorso inclusivo, nel nostro Paese, ha radici politiche e
normative saldamente radicate al contesto nazionale e alla
complessità del nostro fare ed essere sociale (Amatori, 2019). La
scuola di tutti e per tutti, infatti, così come sancito dalla celebre
Legge 517/77, ha previsto la progressiva eliminazione delle classi
differenziali, fino a giungere alle più recenti normative e direttive
ministeriali che hanno sempre più messo in risalto la centralità dello
studente e la spinta inclusiva, nella direzione del raggiungimento del
successo formativo per tutti e per ciascuno.
Seppur altrettanto rilevante in termini culturali, societari e
lavorativi, l’attenzione al mondo universitario e il relativo impegno
politico e formativo nei confronti degli studenti con Bisogni
Educativi Speciali ha origini più recenti. La vera e propria svolta
normativa in tale direzione, infatti, risale agli anni Novanta del
secolo scorso.
Translation - English The inclusive path in our country has political and regulatory roots, which are entrenched with the national context and with the complexity of our social doing and being. As stipulated by the renowned Law 517/77, the school of and for all citizens has indeed envisaged the gradual elimination of special classes, with the most recent regulations and ministerial orders increasingly emphasising the centrality of the student and of the inclusive drive, aimed at the educational success for each and everyone.
Although it is equally important in cultural, social and professional terms, the focus on the university world and the consequent political and educational engagement towards students with Special Educational Needs has more recent origins. The real normative breakthrough in this direction dates indeed back to the 1990s.

Source text - Italian L’inclusione sociale delle donne con disabilità rappresenta una sfida estremamente attuale e complessa, una emergenza pedagogica, che interroga in modo particolare, la Pedagogia Speciale. A questa disciplina, infatti, attraverso l’adozione di specifiche cornici teorico-metodologiche, spetta studiare i contesti di vita delle persone con disabilità con le loro necessità individuali e sociali, e le relative dimensioni esistenziali soggettive ed oggettive. Il tutto al fine di tracciare percorsi inclusivi con l’obiettivo di garantire il più possibile la Qualità della Vita, attraverso un’effettiva partecipazione sociale di tutti per rispondere ai diritti di ciascuno.
L’articolo intende contribuire al dibattito sulla necessità di consolidare un modello interpretativo che sappia cogliere la complessità della condizione delle donne con disabilità sui piani teorico-concettuale e metodologico secondo una prospettiva emancipatoria.
Translation - English Social inclusion of women with disabilities is currently an extremely complex challenge, an educational emergency, which mainly involves Special Education. Such branch of education studies the contexts of life of people with disabilities, their own individual and social needs, and the relevant subjective and objective existential dimensions. Its purpose is to create inclusive paths guaranteeing Quality of Life as much as possible through effective social engagement for everyone to acknowledge the rights of one another.
The article aims at contributing to the debate on the need for a theoretical and methodological framework of interpretation able to understand the difficult conditions of women with disabilities under theoretical, conceptual and methodological points of view, thus pursuing an emancipating perspective.
